    WHO are you? And how did you become so awesome?? This channel having at least 10x more subs would be more proportional to the high level content. RUclips algorithm dropped the ball on this one.

      Hello and thank you very much for your comment! Really happy to hear you're enjoying my work, it's really heartening to see comments like this - They keep me going! I'll probably do better on RUclips if I marketed my work more, so far I've put in very little effort on that front because I'm keeping this as a passion project. Sometimes the fun disappears from things if you try too hard to turn it into a business!

    I want them. I want to use them in my room when I DJ
    Also, great job on the video. I think you deserve more views than this

      Hello and thank you very much for your comment! Yeah, I think it'll look very cool. Maybe a mix of the two models so that you can have some VL15s doing the animated sweep in the background.
      And as for views, this is what usually happens when I do photography / film videos on this channel. I think most of my subs are here for the computer science!

    how much max distance it works vl49 ? i need for interviews and event shoot both, what you suggest me, please guide 😊

      Hello and thank you for your comment! Maximum distance is rather difficult to quantify - It depends on how much brightness / color you need on your subject, as well as the lighting conditions of your set.
      From my experience, I usually keep the light at about an arms' length from the subject (which is, me). It doesn't need to be at full brightness when used this way, so practically, you can move it back a bit more. Again, this really depends on the other lights competing with it.

      @@NERDfirst thaku for sharing your experience with it 😊

      No problem! I think it's cheap enough that you wouldn't go wrong with getting one to try out at first. Then if you like it, you can invest in more.

    Your content is good but rather then showing it as ppt you could have made it more engaging and shown the lights more in motion

      Hello and thank you for your comment! Yes, I would love to do that too! Unfortunately there's always a tradeoff between how much time I spend creating these videos and on my other work (which actually pay the bills), and so this is my best compromise! I'll continue pushing the boundaries to the best of my ability, but I don't foresee myself competing with full-time RUclipsrs in the near future.

    Which one has more lighting power?

    • @NERDfirst
      @NERDfirst  2 года назад

      Hello and thank you for your comment! Definitely the VL49, especially since it has more LEDs. Having said that, depending on your use case it might still not be enough. These lights are really there to add splashes of color, not to illuminate.

    Which one you consider to be more brighter in terms of colors?

    • @NERDfirst
      @NERDfirst  2 года назад +1

      Hello and thank you for your comment! The VL49 does get brighter than the VL15 at higher intensity settings, but honestly neither light is meant to be sources of light as they are sources of color. So if you're looking for raw brightness, you may want to consider combining multiple units. My suggestion would be to try out the VL49 first.

      @@NERDfirst Thanks for answer i just want to bright a face in the night time and I don't want to have to be close to the subject for the color to show on their face. Which one would you recommend for this kind of things? I know both are not that bright but which one would perform best for what i need?

    • @NERDfirst
      @NERDfirst  2 года назад

      The VL49 is brighter, which I think is doubly important here if you're going to be at a distance from the subject. I recommend you start there.

    Can't find a vl15 to buy anywhere.
    That 49 is rediculous
    It's a friggin brick.
    Like they couldn't make that the same size as the 15.

    • @NERDfirst
      @NERDfirst  Год назад +1

      Hello and thank you for your comment! I really don't agree that there's anything brick-like at all about the VL49. It's 8cm on its longest side and weighs 100g. For the number of LEDs in there, the control electronics and battery required to drive it all, it's really _very_ reasonable.
