TRIM/SRIM Monte Carlo Simulation for Crosslight NovaTCAD

I have installed SRIM 2013 in Windows 8 and the program runs fine as long as I do try to access the COMPOUND DICTIONARY. As soon as I try to access it, the program reports and error and it closes. How to I fix this bug? I tried to follow all instructions on SRIM Setup.pdf but not seems to fix this problem. SRIM 2008 however runs fine.
