For example, when some people are getting ready to speak about something they think's worth listening to they sometimes say, "Boom, this is what I'm saying." It's an introductory expression. Even if he was saying boovna, whatever the fuck that means - but if it means anything like brother, you wouldn't even use it in the context he's using in this song.
