Rental car would be easiest. Without a rental, I'd take the 1-2$ bus AutoProgreso to progreso. From there an uber wouldn't take more than 5-10 minutes and would be super cheap.

Very underrated. Kind of overshadowed by Quintana Roo I think.

Might take a little work, but I think you'd manage. Lots of cactus and shrimp/fish :)

I dint take a "rides" where they use and abuse animal in such a way. The poor horse looks sick and ill.
