Wow, what an incredible video! Thank you very much for producing and posting! We saw Lulu in Southampton not long after this show! I hope Lulu sees this. Would so love a compilation of all the best bits from the tour, eg take that in Manchester etc!!!
I wasn’t at the concert Jonathan. I put the video together with clips my wife and her friend took on their phones. Luckily they were in the second row so were able to get clear shots with only the odd head popping up in front.
She's right to call it quits , as good as she is / has been she's down to what I call talk singing I dont care who you are old age catches up with you .

Another idea, perhaps you could do a pitch to your 75 year old mate Lulu to produce the video of her 60th anniversary tour!! The video, you have posted on RUclips, is of course the best pitch possible!! (just to say again, the energy coming from Lulu out of the screen is something else) Boy how you must have loved the show. We loved her in the Mayflower, Southampton but did not have front row standing positions!!!

Sorry William, there is no ‘full’ video. I made this video by editing together short clips my wife and her friend videod with their phones. I added the clips from the Lorrain Kelly show at the start just to set the scene. I think they did a good job getting those clips with just their phones don ye think? Cheers, Glynn

Paul Carrick sounded great, I think Lulu sounds great too but her mic seems turned down by comparison.

I think Lulu has lived in London for many years. I’m sure she left Glasgow when she became famous and got her own TV shows. Thanks for the comments.
