Some of the best memories of my childhood were using one of those orange jumbo barrel bats hitting rocks at the pond. Thing lasted a few years blasting rocks over the pond like a champ! Now I'm going to pick up a blitzball bat for my baseball obsessed 2 year old 🤙

Glad to see the Blitzball bat getting some love. I use it in fast pitch Wiffleball and always tell people it's the best bat in the game. Been using the same one for about two years now and it absolutely smokes the ball. I even prefer it over the Moonshot bats that cost anywhere from $200-$300. Love the video!
Would be interested in bat speed for all those bats because my assumption is that the blitzball bat is so light that you get insane bat speed but heavy enough that the ball bounces off the bat.
I’m 49 now but as a kid I had a wiffleball field in backyard. We had tournaments back there. We only had the one bat choice back then. We would weight them with bottle caps lol.
Hell yeah!! My backyard is littered with every one of these . My boys play everyday, all summer. And it shows, some of the best hitters in rec league hitting bombs.

Best backyard baseball or wiffle ball bat back in my day was called Oddzon Vortex Mark McGwire, it was an absolute beast that hit rocket ships, until you hit it with rocks and it popped the compressed air barrel 😂
You might think that the really skinny barrel would be harder to hit but you have to hit square in the center to get a good hit and the center is the same size regardless of the diameter.
The sweet spot bar is supposed to be used with a certain ball that they sell which would definitely go way farther and harder. My friends dad owns a part of the company so I use them all the time
Seeing that Easton Pro Stix was a flash from the past. My brothers and I used to play a wiffle ball game with the yellow bat, but if you got 2 strikes against you, you got to change to that bat. And I think we had another rule that you could use it for the whole at bat if you had the bases loaded
Guys ! Check out Moonshot bats ! My wiffleball league uses those. Carbon fiber big barrel, etc. pricey but would be a great video. United Wiffleball would be your best example of them all

Ok back in the mid 60’s when we were kids if you wanted a little more weight to your bat we used Duct Tape. Yes Duct Tape just a couple of wraps around the tip so when you hit the ball it would grip the tape and go flying down the street hit someone’s brand new 225 and we’re kimchi. And here’s a better one, we used to deflate a tennis ball and use a broom handle we found in the trash and go to the Rec Center and had a strike zone already painted out on the bricks and wail on that for a while. And then there was half ball where you cut a rubber pimple ball in half and hit that too. And you call yourselves ball players!!! We have been using the Axe bat for whiffle, been a lot of and solid. Not too much damage to our whiffle balls.

Interesting results for the Junk Ball bat. I swung one of those for years against all sorts of different balls, and it never cracked.
I loved the junk ball bat. Especially when hitting broken bouncy balls from hitting the red cylinder on the barrel which is the sweet spot
