I recently purchased a 2023 palomino, Puma, 25RKQB. And We recently just had a little freeze here in Texas. But not anything crazy but the RV itself did pretty good. The only complaint I could probably have is the little dinky 20 pound propane tanks that it came with. I immediately upgraded those 2 30 pound tanks. I have blackout curtains as well. I also have those pillow installators in the skylights. And pretty much like you. I like to run 2 heat sources. I don't like to burn out all my propane. Just because of a light freeze I use a couple of different space heater options
Put a chicken lamp (100watt lightbulb) under the camper between your axle right on the ground. It will solve your cold floor issue and dry out a bit both.
Dunno what the electric prices are where you live, but would it be worth installing an air heat pump instead of all that direct electric heating? Atleast 2-5 times more heat energy per watt spent (albeit less efficient during the coldest points). Wouldnt worry about the snow around the camper for rust, wash it during spring and it'll be fine. And the camper seems to be very budget and inappropriate for any winter, lived in a small 4000dollar used one during winter in 2007, Sweden and didnt have the issues mentioned (2 phase glas) no ice around it except at the entrance which sometimes required some force to open due to old gaskets, air vents had a bit of ice, and on the front big window. Heated with 1 radiator at 1000w full blast would be mostly sufficient to about -12 celsius, thick carpets helped a ton. The propane should very much be a none issue, mostly fine down to -35-40c depending on how much is left in the tank (more is better) might be worth to get a second tank and rotate when its just a few drops left and temps under -30c expected. welldone vid, enjoyed it.

If you're heating that thing on less than 1500 watts you're doing excellent
Good Luck
In Canada I have lived in a 5th wheel in winter you put hay under trailer and around the whole trailer put bales works great. 😊
Since it is small insulate with a cover
What make, model, and year of camper do you have?

Why don’t you keep the heat inside?
