Nothing just do a research on the area that the company is related with. If the company likes your idea it will hire you soon. Most of the graduate as well as pass out students after 12 don't get internship in best companies because lack of experience and working skills, so keeping in mind you have to be very hardworking and efficient enough to do better. And you have to learn all those stuffs in software developing.
