We have a fundamental issue with the new rate system: In short, the new rate manager does not have the ability to add on guest surcharges on the nightly tariffs. The lack of guest surcharge ability is a fundamental part of our pricing structure, as it is based around the number of guests. The surcharge ability caters well for large properties within our portfolio. This will limt the amount of businesses from being able to continue with this system because of the lack of that feature and from what I have heard it doen't seem to be seen as a necessary feature.
