Something that helped me is when you have something like that happen, like the locker thing, think of the worst thing that could happen, and then think of the best thing that could happen, and then what will most likely happen is what is in the middle of those. It helped me anyway just some advice.👍

you talking about your first asmr experiences made me think of mine, and mine was around 3rd or 4th grade, and we would have silent reading time, and i and my friend aria sat close to the door because we would always read books to eachother, and i'll never forget how much i loved her whisper voice and it sounded just like yours does grace, and it was just a great experience because now i love asmr and couldn't go a night without it
When I was younger my grandma put me to sleep by whispering and brushing her hands lightly against my face so I experience asmr at a very young age and I didn’t even know what it was 😂 I love that I can simulate that with RUclips
