I like your little set up very nice little sets like that. The birds will fly nice and tight as one family.

From 1999 to 2002, I started off with 19 Birds (4 Homers, 1 Damascene, the rest Flights and Tipplers) in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. On this particular day while I was flying my birds, this Homer stock, (about 60 of them), was routing over my air space. After about 10 minutes, my birds crashed with the Homer stock. They started hooking together for a few minutes and I damn near had a heart attack. The Homers peeled off with my red and white Tumbler and the rest of my birds came down. My stock eventually grew up to 75 birds. This is a beautiful hobby which is very relaxing. Unfortunately in 2002, I had to tear the coop down and I gave my birds to a friend of mine. Fast forward from 2016-2017, I flew strictly Tipplers in East New York, Brooklyn. It was a brief stint, so to speak. I'm looking to get back in the game, once I can find a roof to fly on.

@@ronaldbadger2433 yeah I started the same way I said let me get back into it I’ll fly 70-80 tipplers now look got 250 out tipplers flights and rollers. The pigeon game isn’t the same. It died down a lot and it’s gotten very expensive.

@@Hoodfeathers1 You're right the pigeon game is not the same. Actually, I started flying back in 1979 at the age of 12. I'm 57 years old now. Birds are expensive, that's why you have to go to an auction. Your Birds are hooking real good. My Homers, Flights and Tipplers flew together, beautifully. One of my Homers was a youngster (Silver). He was a squeaker when I bought him from the pet shop. Occasionally, he would peel off from the stock and fly so high that he looked like a "Dot" in the sky. He turned out to be my best flyer. Why don't people fly Homers like they use to, back in the days??

There is no charge for the pigeons they just need a new home.

I’ve lost a couple so far.. I’m actually pushing the birds a lot more then the falcon has been around so that don’t make it any better. He’s hit me about 4 or 5 times since the new birds been out
