Fun fact! Type C can actually use the DisplayPort protocol connect many devices (computer, laptops, MacBooks, etc.) to monitors... you just need you monitor to support it...
But the main question is: how much abuse can this connector take? USB-C is kinda fragile... For example if a user plugs the cable at an angle, or pulls not straight out etc...
USB-C is so good. It really needs to be implemented into everything.
