I typically never comment on videos, but I just wanted to give a huge thank you to you Becky. I’m 21 years old and struggle with lots of anxiety and depression, but your videos always bring me such a sense of comfort when not much else will. You live a beautiful and meaningful life and I am so grateful you choose to share it with us. Sending you and yours peace and love!
You’re not alone ❤ I have anxiety and depression too and I have tips as a 33 year old woman but I highly recommend starting with self care. Hang in there!
I'm also in my 20's and struggle with my mental health and Becky's videos are my escape from the overwhelm of life! I really feel for you, my early 20's were tough. Keep looking out for yourself and doing what you need to regulate ❤️
Totally agree with these tips. Living with bipolar includes depression and anxiety and I’ve learnt to be as careful about what I put into my mind as I am about what I put into my body. There’s a saying garbage in, garbage out. I don’t have control over everything in life but I do have a choice over the media I consume. Sometimes it’s hard to restrain myself. But it’s me and my loved ones who suffer if I don’t. My psychologist taught me I needed to take daily action to support my mental health and not just take the medication she prescribed me.
Hi Becky. Keep some safety pins in your grow room and when you pull off your gloves clip them together with the safety pin and you can wash them with the safety pin attached and they will stay together for you. I use to do that with socks when my kids were young. My kids are grown now but for some reason I’m still losing socks when I wash them I think it is true when I lose socks they come back as Tupperware lids that have no bottoms lol. Love your videos
Once my boys got to the teenage stage, one got navy, one got black and my husband got gray. If they needed a different color they knew where to find them
Because everyone should have this recipe... Pan Grease: 1 cup Shortening, 1 cup Oil, 1 cup Flour and beat in your kitchen aid until smooth... You can keep it in your frig. Nothing sticks... Learned it in a cake class 😀
When I was growing up and the food was in pieces like your rolls my mom always said, "Oh well, you can"t eat it whole anyway." She was such a positive person and made the best of everything and it has influenced how I've kept things light throughout my life. ❤
It just occurred to me that this season you may be making some super fun memories with your kiddo likely walking around and picking things in the garden! I know we wont get to see it but I can only imagine you would be so happy for that to happen. :) ❤ Your dinner sounds so good and I cannot wait to see some of those pumpkins!

Becky, when I make any kind of monkey bread, I always dip my dough in melted butter and put a layer in the pan. Then I top with cheese, nuts, or fruit, repeating layers. I have been making monkey bread since the seventies and have never had it stick. I also don't make balls with my dough, just pull off pieces or roll out and cut in pieces. When it rises, it is fine. I really enjoy your videos and am trying some of your freezer meals. I live alone and love to cook, but just not up to it lots of days, so they will work perfectly for me.
Just subscribed! Yours is an interesting channel. I particularly loved this episode because you showed you don’t have to be perfect. Decades ago, I would watch Martha Stewart and especially her Christmas specials. One episode had her making a monkey bread tower and then she was spinning sugar to encase the whole thing. I was so overwhelmed I had to take a nap. 😂 You are down to earth and more easy going on my system. Just be you!
Good lass, it doesn't matter what something looks like as long as it tastes good! And I respect you even more for not cutting that out of the video as a lot would

I just found a Bosch mixer at an estate sale for $125!!!! I was so excited because I’ve seen you use yours and how much you enjoy it. Thanks for making a video using it right away! More Bosch videos! 😂

I think my first Becky video was of you making a years worth of pasta…i was just learning to make it back then. I have not missed a video since. You are so relatable and refreshing! Def my favorite you tuber 😊
I know it sounds wonderful to have a greenhouse; however, see how easy it is for you to go from the kitchen to the grow room. You can multi-task. This is something you wouldn't be able to do if you had a greenhouse out by the chickens. Something to think about. Love everything you do. Thanks for sharing.
I, too, love my Bosch mixer. Raising six kids and baking bread for them from freshly ground flour was a joy. My adult daughters now have their own Bosch mixers and say the sound of bread kneading is such a comforting sound full of happy memories.
Just had a thought, next time you go to a thrift store look for some lipped sheet pans. You could use those to put your pots on to put under the grow lights when you run out of the black ones.
I discovered the Bosch kitchen machine 37 1/ 2 years ago, at our state fair, as a lady was demonstrating making bread. I absolutely fell in love with it and have own two (I wore out the first one after 17 years). I don't make as much bread as I did while my 9 children were growing up, but watching your videos, Becky, have inspired me SO MUCH in the last year, thank you!!!!
I think that the best thing that I have learned from you is about the garlic pucks. I love, love having made them and having them available. I know that you like tzatziki. I grow my cucumbers and grate them up and freeze dry them. When you make your sauce it’s so easy not having to get rid of all the liquid in the fresh cucumbers. I just add my plain yogurt and other ingredients.
Your honesty in showing us the things that don't always go perfectly is to be commended. And that you just accept the goofs and move on anyway - a really encouraging lesson for many people. Thank you .
Is it just me or is everyone so happy Becky and Meg are friends. They have my favorite channels on RUclips. Always love spending kitchen time with them!
For your gloves you can get a zippered delicates washing bag to put them in as you take them off, and that way you always know that you have full sets of gloves when you wash and dry them you can do the same for your families socks to keep them from missing the laundry mystery that tends to happen with socks. ❤
That's good advice for washing gloves, but I think Becky loses one of hers in the garden or other places,so a pair never reaches the washing machine....(at least not very often).
You should go to Lowes or Walmart and ask the people in the garden department if you could have some of their empty trays. I’m always seeing them in the trash and have asked for them before. They’ll work until you could purchase some more.
That's what I do! Every seed try and all my up-pot contains are from our local Homedepo's garden center. The qualities not always great, but they work just fine.
Becky the is why you are loved on you tube - keeping it real and relatable. Everyone has these moments. My mum once dropped the turkey cooked in soapy water on Christmas day. Rinsed it off and Defoe loved the dinner lol x
OMG. I just looked up a brioche bread recipe today to make french toast. Going to try it tomorrow. Wish me luck. Next day. Making the brioche dough using my kitchen aid pro and it overheated. Ended up having to knead all the butter in by hand. Dough looks and feels wonderful. Wish me luck.
I skipped the step of making brioche bread, instead I purchased a cinnamon brioche bread. It made amazing French toast! ❤ I can’t wait to learn how to make the bread itself!
Oh, Becky! I use my Bosch for EVERYTHING!! It’s awesome to mix up cookie dough! Use the whisks to cream the the butter, sugar, eggs, etc then switch to the cookie paddles! It also mixes up pie pastry dough like a charm! Can very easily double any recipe as well. I use mine also for quick breads! My pumpkin bread recipe makes 5 loaves, and the Bosch early handles this amount of ingredients! I never bake just one loaf of s quick bread. I always mix up several loaves so that I can share and freeze some of the loaves. It’s no more work or clean up to do so! In a nutshell, I only need a Bosch! I do have a hand mixer for small amounts of whipped cream or frosting, but the Bosch is also wonderful for whipping up whipped cream or larger batches of frosting! Bosch for the WIN!

Hi Becky! I absolutely love your channel!!!! I have been watching since the beginning and watched every video, live and short you put out! I am pretty certain you saved nasturtium seeds from last season (as a "mix") and placed the seeds in a mason jar. I'm mentioning this for two reasons, your mentioned that you wanted to plant out a whole greenstack and you mentioned you wanted to plant out all your naturtiums. Happy planting! Can't wait to see how everything turns out! 😊
49:41 I can hear that crunch and it's making my mouth water. Honestly, I would just take a fork and try to scrape off whatever I could out of the pan and eat it directly like I would eat the remaining batter for pastries.
Becky…you are such a good cook that even if you don’t have all the ingredients you can still make it work! Love your channel and especially love big cooking days with your mom!❤

They are delicious. Cheesy monkey bread I would have never thought of but I’ll give it a try. Thanks Becky for sharing your time with us !
Years ago we made monkey bread. We made it using cinnamon, brown sugar and other yummy stuff. It was sticky and so good. I may have to try your version of it as it sounds more savory. I planted two zucchini plants and got 20 zucchini. I made salsa out of a few of them, added some to other dishes and gave the rest away.
Hi Becky, I make this bread often. The best way to unmold is to use baking paper instead of just oil or butter, or use a smooth mold without indentations. Congratulations on your channel, you are fantastic.❤❤❤
Hi Becky! I laughed when you spoke about your gloves. My kids always misplace their gloves and mittens ending up with the same right hand missing! At the end of winter we are a totally left handed family! 🇨🇦
I watched a nan the other day he said melon seeds are hard and he snips a tiny bit of the top so the water can get in that I thought was a good tip his melons where in abundance ❤
I thoroughly enjoyed this video. I found your channel a couple weeks ago and I love it. I’m so impressed with your capabilities, you’ve taught me a lot already. Your parents should be so proud of you. They raised an amazing young woman.
Becky, oh my gosh that bread looks delicious 🤤 i love garlic and cheese together you cant go wrong with flavor. Cant wait to see your beautiful pumpkins in the garden 🏡🧡
I love seeing how your channel is growing. Crazy how fast it's moving now. You deserve it so very much. Your content is so true and wholesome ✨️ Thank you for the inspiration that you provide. Virtual love from South Africa.
You have a wonderful channel and I never miss a video. You have inspired me so much. Since following your channel I have the confidence to prepare more and more of our food at home and you inspired me to bake my first loaf of bread. Thank you Becky. 🤗❣️
My right hand gloves always get a hole in the finger from weeding, so I always have a bunch of beautiful left gloves and a selection of ratty right gloves 😁
Someone probably already mentioned, you can roast garlic in your air fryer, super quick and easy! Wrap garlic in tin foil (drizzle with oil if you want) and air fry, Google has a bunch of recipes for temp & time.
When I first started gardening I planted in anything from the store that would hold soil - lettuce containers, yogurt cups, bottles cut off -😂. I saved the pot from every plant I bought until I had a great stash. Where there is a will there is a way.
If I remember correctly Becky, I think you like tzatziki, you can shred the cucumbers then freeze dry and make it fresh at any time. I ran out and can’t wait for some this season for this exact reason. I would plant more cucumbers 🥒 😊
Your a grow room looks so much nicer. It looks more cheerful and like it belongs to the garden now. You’re kind of making me excited to move back to the states just because I can have a garden again. I live in Saudi right now and I don’t even have a balcony and the light in my apartment is kind of terrible.. beautiful apartment but lots of light is not very desirable in the apartments here. Lots of walls within feet of my windows. Anyway, you are inspiring me and I don’t watch any other gardening channels except for the Dainty Diaries and I started there with her because of sewing content which she rarely does anymore, but she got me hooked on all of her other things. That means RUclipsrs are not just about the content . We love you for other things when you can drag us along with all of your passions😊
Becky, can you turn the left handed gloves inside out to make right handed gloves? lol (use the eraser end of a pencil to get the tips of the fingers all the way inside out)
I think her garden gloves are vinyl coated (looks like they’ve been dipped in liquid rubber); that would be less than a desirable feeling on one’s hand. Or maybe it’s just ME that it would drive crazy. 😄
I used your 1-hour dinner roll recipe and made garlic knots the other week. I melted butter, pressed in some fresh garlic, and added some homemade Ranch seasoning then brushed it on top of the dough before putting the knots into the oven. Once they were done baking, I added a little more of the mixture brushed on top. They were aaaaa-mazing!!!!

That is great news about your tomatoes! I wanted to cry for you on your last video!!
I've had to soak pans before also. I think we all have. The important thing is how good your bread turned out!
Hi Becky! Thank you for sharing your knowledge of cooking and gardening! I pray that all goes well with everything you put your hands to! Take care!
You have a wonderful channel and I never miss a video. You have inspired me so much. Since following your channel I have the confidence to prepare more and more of our food at home and you inspired me to bake my first loaf of bread. Thank you Becky. 🤗❣️
At 15 minutes- there is 2108 views and 375 likes 👍 who else can’t wait for Becky’s videos ❤🎉! Happy gardening 👩🏻🌾 season 2024
Becky in jeans. They look nice on you.
Don't forget your pansies are a cool season flower 🌺
That bread looks so yummy.x
It's always a blessing to watch Becky. This monkey bread looks so yummy🦋❤❤blessings to you and family.
Cheesy monkey bread sounds delicious 😋 looking forward to this!
My right hand gloves always get a hole in the finger from weeding, so I always have a bunch of beautiful left gloves and a selection of ratty right gloves 😁
😂😂😂😂😂
What great recipes! If that was my house growing up, my 5 brothers would have gotten all that stuck goodness out of that pan for sure!! ❤
Home from work sick today and binge watched a bunch of Becky videos. So fun. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us.
Thanks for showing us how to put that apron on. I was wondering and looking to buy some.
I love watching you work. So glad you seem to be living your best life. I wish i could have done that when my kids were young.
That bread looks delicious. Thanks for sharing with us.
We always do direct sow with the cucumbers. We make a mound and put a hand full of seeds and they turn out wonderful
What's up, Becky? I'm going to sit down here and watch you cook something delicious. Thank you for making videos!
If I remember correctly Becky, I think you like tzatziki, you can shred the cucumbers then freeze dry and make it fresh at any time. I ran out and can’t wait for some this season for this exact reason. I would plant more cucumbers 🥒 😊
Yay! Becky time while I do house chores! Much love to you, friend 💛💛
Well, they said it was a pull apart bread!
I am also growing the baker creek long white zucchini and Jarrahdale pumpkins this year.
@@shesatitagain234 yes, but it would get her by in a pinch
I used your 1-hour dinner roll recipe and made garlic knots the other week. I melted butter, pressed in some fresh garlic, and added some homemade Ranch seasoning then brushed it on top of the dough before putting the knots into the oven. Once they were done baking, I added a little more of the mixture brushed on top. They were aaaaa-mazing!!!!
