If you set resolution to 1080p, both the console and the monitor will do the scaling and the scaling of the console is not by an integer value, so the image quality will be worst.

No difference in Gameplay just improvement in graphics....since fifa 22 is ps4 version so Gameplay will be same on PS5 too.....only PS5 version of FIFA 22 has new hypermotion technology and next gen features
