Not quite as crisp as your other camera but still a joy to watch. The editing options are much better this way I'd imagine. Plus you get to focus more on riding this way.
Awesome footage! Love the new camera. Try the insta out in different shooting modes. The HDR video has great colour but isn’t as stable as regular 5.7k video, especially in low light. The 4k video is also worth playing with at 50fps as you can add some really cool slow motion sections. All the best mate from Australia. Your vids are seriously the main reason I want a Onewheel.

When the Onewheel first came out on kickstarter I wanted one, but they weren't on the market yet, so I found UBER-E payed $1800.00 for it, then when I found your videos, I kick myself now everyday, because being inspired by you, now I really want one. You're new installment video using the 360 camera is fantastic, at first I thought someone else was filming you, and then I noticed it was you, I couldn't see what you were holding, the boom just disappears, and it looks like your hands are free. I like this camera better than the other one. Keep making great things happen man! 😎

I think 360 footage is a cool change of pace every now and then, it allows you to get really neat shots easily. But overall, this is much blurrier than you're regular videos and the fisheye is so extreme it can be uncomfortable to watch for long periods and overall just less pleasing to the eye. Still really glad to see you making more videos. Great music and floating skill as usual. Your videos are one of the things that convinced me to finally buy a OW and I rewatch them a lot as a relaxing background when I'm at home.

Cool video, can't wait to do my test video when I purchase my Insta360 One X in June. I just got my first Insta360 Fly last month and love my introduction into 360. Love the Chicago footage you took but was wondering why there was a lot less traffic that it was when I worked there back in the early 70s down in the Loop. I will subscribe to your channel so I can see your progression in your video improvement with your Insta360 One X. My online video teachers here are 360Rumors and Ben Claremont. Just before purchasing the Insta360 Fly, I ordered the 360Fly and experimented with that. Liked the Insta360 Fly better. (Both were under $70 on Amazon.) Gave you a thumb up for your video and thanks again for the ride through Chitown.

Ah you finally got my favorite camera for OneWheel-ing.. Nice job! What have you got on the stick that's blocking your hand.. The stick itself should be invisible of course.. You have to play with tiny planets, hyperlapse with motion blur, timeshift etc
May not be as crispy sharp but still great looking and I’m sure it makes the camera less of a burden there. Plus editing is prob more fun getting to pick exactly what you want to show. I give thumbs up all around

Love it !! ,,,,,, I don't know if the insta 360 works the same as the Gopro fusion , but if you keep the pole vertical it shoots like the camera is suspended in mid-air,,,,, ( pole and everything disappears )
tip: in the settings you can change the shutter speed for the one x. one setting is for indoors in low light. the other one is for bright outdoors. btw, your gopro setup looks pretty stable. is it with hypersmooth or do you also use a gimbal? awesome channel. :) 🤙
Great video. It really feels as if someone is filming you. By the way, is there any significant difference between the kush pad and the surestance pro?
They are very different footpads. The surestance pro is a hard wood with with intense concave. Feels like a downhill longboarding deck. The Kush pad is soft and Kush-y hahah. It has a nice pocket of concave, but not nearly as aggressive. I like them both, but IMO the Kush pad is the best.
Hm... I never tried Insta 360 but it seems like a Rylo 360. I got a Rylo and to be honest I kinda got disappointed with the results. True that it records everything around, it's super easy to edit, look around, follow, etc... but even though I record at 5.8K or 4K, the image is not nearly as crisp as a regular action camera. I also got a GoPro Fusion but haven't tested yet. I'm still on the fence about those 360 cameras...

I also need more time with it to know the best manual settings etc, but it’s keeps on raining and it’s still hard to get the venture case over here.
This is exactly how my ride was supposed to go and look with my one x until i nosedived and damaged both lens and the treads. Insta 360 repaired the camera for $184 but took almost a month

Hey Sly, Do you think the 6-8 miles range on the new pint is real world numbers? I have a Boosted Mini X now and only getting 10 miles out of a 14 miles range XR battery.
Onewheel seems to report actual real world numbers. Shocking I know. I have zero experience with the pint but i have a feeling it’s a SOLID board. Nobody knows for sure yet.
I have the boosted mini X as well as the Onewheel XR. I get between 10 & 12 on the boosted depending on how hard I ride it, how cold it is, etc. On the XR, 12 miles no problem. Of course, I can ride the Mini X harder so that may factor in to it.

Thanks for giving me a view of Chicago, my son flies home the 23rd, you help me to connect with the city from Montana. It looks like a lighter and cleaner system than the Osmo/GoPro system so you’ll be having even more fun to,share with us. Gotta a flat tire and this helps me through not having my +XR, and while we have a ton of snow here, there is always some dry pavement somewhere. :) Ordered my grey on black Pint yesterday, get it mid June! Kind of an impromptu rig. I now have the right extension pole... This was literally my first time hitting record on this camera.

You probably get asked this a lot, but where can a person buy those foot supports, that you have for lifting the board?
do you change the tire yourself or do you bring it some where?
Extend the stick out, it removes a lot of the wobbles/jitter
