- Challenge you to solo it with lower GearScore then 199 :)
Edit : To explain few things people have been asking:
1. Crit damage on magazine is there because I run pulse and it gives me better accuracy, longer lasting clip and actually more dps while pulse is active. I use weapon damage for PvP over Rate of fire for similar reasons. I want to keep good accuracy on the weapon. Rate of fire ruins that.
2. If you are soloing so obviously you are the only person that can pulse then in that situation skill power gives you more damage then firearms through pulse bonuses. Added benefit is better heal as well. People that spec only firearms need someone with decent skill power to pulse for them to get the benefit from it.
3. What is giving me this high damage is bonus damage on weapons after using skills, pulse, elite damage and enemy armor damage bonuses the gear has.
4. You can get 7 medkits by using the paramedic backpack when you restock. It's a feature of the game that Massive employees use on stream.

Stop saying it's the weapons and give this man his props. Give 95% of the community the same weapons and they couldn't do this solo. Salute.
+Almighty O.G. For real, don't know why people can't just give him his props. He did solo what 4-man teams STILL can't do. The man has skills, nuff respect due.
+Barry W. I haven't played this game yet but the marksmanship does not look god level but then again maybe it doesn't have to in this game. I don't know. Just a bunch of shooting and jumping, anyone should be able to do it with a bit of practice and knowledge of the mission.
+joonas kaasik Trust me, it is NOT as easy as it sounds/looks. Whole 4-man groups with decent gear have failed repeatedly, with attempts taking hours since if everyone dies, you have to restart it all over again. This player obviously ran it more than a few times & watched/read some guides to get the timing down, his gear is specialized, he's using 2 of the best weapons in the game, & he's got great sniping skills. For MOST players, this encounter is nowhere NEAR that easy.

I have better weapons and I can’t beat this because I didn’t have a strategy. I’m going to use this strategy and hopefully I can beat it with hours of practice. 😃
Reasons why I cant solo an Incursion:
1. Nobody wants to hold my beer.
2. I don't have The Division.

That was definitely impressive man. I've soloed each of the challenging missions so far but it was mostly due to defense stacking via armor cap, reckless chest bug, 40k skillpower smart covers making me basically bullet immune. Seeing this done with first-aid definitely takes some skill, and you made me want to give it a try :P, once I can get a 4 piece sentry's via holster so I can go back to using the extra 10% from reckless chest :O
Wow that was impressive. What kind of loadout do you have? It seemed pretty powerful
EDIT: nevermind I just saw at the very end where you showed your whole loadout, weapons, gear, mods, and all. I appreciate that you did that, 'cause those like myself who aren't at a pro gaming status like yourself, we need all the help we can get lol. - second question.- how can you make so much damage to NPC soldier, i got 110% of critical hit, and still i do not kill 1 NPC in 3 or 4 shots like you did

when you're using your mouse on a desktop, how long it takes you to hover and click a link? it's almost 2nd nature right? well imagine if you have been gaming and have to do that everyday don't you think you'll get better and better then eventually aiming would not be a prob, controllers are hard than mouse and if you're are new to using controllers, after a month of using it constantly, you would realized that your aim would've gotten significantly better, than even you first used it.
This inspired me and a buddy to try and 2 man it. We are both about GS190. After a few attempts we finally managed to do it. Most fun we've had in a while in this game!

Solo is actually a lot easier, less AIs you have to worry about just dont get caught by the ShotGunners and you are good.
Incursions don't scale to the number of players.
Thanks for the video on how to beat APC by actually playing the game instead of exploiting the glitches. I have a lot more leveling up to do, but I look forward to trying it again when I am ready. PS love the set-up, the Tac Aug and The first wave or socom M1 are my favorite. Thanks again for a great video.
totally was expecting this to just be another glitch video. very nicely done ! also is reckless still bugged? i have used it, but i don't feel like i have 10% damage mitigation

Amazing. I thought this was gonna be another cheese video, but this guy legit solo'd the thing.
what i just read in your description, i found that out the hard way, i speced pure damage, 35k health sucks, and only 1k stamina and electronics was killer, and i wasn't getting the dps i wanted. i am now slowly altering my build, while i just got my first 2 piece set, the striker set, which i am a sniper so idk, i need the sentry call set XD. had the game for a little over a week now, it is awesome.
Thank you for showing how it should be done. I always 1 man every mission I can on very hard, good to see it can be done here.
how many % damage to elite and armor damage u got? feels like the mobs taking more damage and putting out less damage because ur alone. i make like the same amount of damage as u and in a 4 man group a crit for 400k doesnt kill a hard mob in one shot

+steve april If you have the paramedic backpack, you can equip it and get 7 medkits then swap back to the other backpack you're going to use and you'll still have the 7 medkits. It works for the police backpack also, except that one gives you 75% more ammo.

Got into Div 1 after 2 first and I absolutely love it more. Now at end game I tried to solo an incursion... and omfg am I realizing how underpowered I am after watching this lmao. Thought I had an over powered sniper but it barely scratches the armor on these dudes.

When ever I try anything like this I get bomb after bomb making me move cover to be killed or two enemy at once coming as I shoot one the other pours his gun into me, very well played I love to see good gamers kicking ass.

I got to wave 4 solo, without ever getting out of the control room, gear 146. Gear's now 176 and I've watched a short walkthrough (4 man), so when server's back up, I'ma give this a go (after I watch your vid, of course)

To the Ppl asking about his weapons. when you run this solo, the enemies don't have as much health as they do when running with multiple Ppl. still an amazing job and not trying to take away from his accomplishment, just saying.

I've managed to try and own this game, it's addicting, but all Incursions are hard. I am an Assault Rifle user and a Semi-Auto Marksman Rifle user. I don't have any gear sets completed. A Submachine Gun on LMB drudges?

Great job to this guy but his challenge is a little facetious. He is running what is widely considered to be the most "OP Build" currently: reckless chest, full sentry, and savage gloves. This set lowers your Gear Score but easily overshadows most of the 200+ gear score builds. For those who are up to the task, do the full sentry + reckless chest + savage gloves, and just equip a low level pistol. Boom, you beat this guy with lower gear score.

Let me take a little guess at your build.
Armour and Min-maxed stat rolls with balanced stat dumps in each section with Firearms and Electronics being spread a bit more. 65% mitigation from Armor.
Crit Chance and Crit damage mods on weapons. The M1A has a primary Coolheaded talent, the AUG has Destructive for armour damage and the gear you are carrying is probably the Sentry's Call with very high burn resistance since you got caught in the secondary blast but didn't die from DoT.

The Incursion could go by in half an hour or one hour with a good team who know what they're doing. And that's hard to come by since people want to glitch the hell outta it. It's much more satisfying when you complete it legitimately. Just wish I had good team members to do this. I've only done it once legit and I will admit. That I did do the glitch. But still.

That's not a M44. It's the M1A. High End Aug blueprints can be bought from the DZ vendor. Needs DZ Rank 75.
Yip my mistake its because im using a beast high end m44 atm, did save up and get the Aug, but from the weapons vendor in b.o.o its got brutal and vicious Perks, its a lvl 204 and its doing 12.1k dmg its saved me tonnes of parts by not having to roll the God variant. Its 840 pheonix credits though, a huuge cost but well worth it!!

How do you have 7 med kits? Also do you have any resistance of note that let you ignore the after effects of the mortar rounds?

I use the exact same weapons with three peace of gear striker gear set, damage to elites, damage to armor mods so on and Id be lucky to get one hit kills while in there. my Victor only has a 20 round mag and takes half that to kill a drone. seriously skilled player! must have some sweet mods and really thought about your loadout.

Something seems to be amiss here. I'm sitting at nearly twice your health, enough armor to stop 50% incoming damage yet if I pop out for even half as long as you I go down like I'm made of paper.

and you solo incursion with already striker set enabled, why don't you show how you got strikers first :) ?
it's not hard, get from challenge and bosses in the dz and then you have blueprints. his funds show he is a grinder, he could buy most blueprints. I had striker set after beating hard 4 times on my 4 characters, then got gloves from Lexington and sentry gloves from Warren gate. the first hr after update, I got 3 pieces of nomad from boss drop and crate drop, then buy the rest plus all the blueprints. I don't know what you were trying to imply, but even if you had the set you prolly couldn't have done it let alone without the set. give credit where it's due, his aim was top tier and that makes killing npc easy.

jeez, those stat rolls... I've been running challenge modes constantly the past week and barely made enough mats to craft 2 weapons and haven't found a single useful upgrade in ~week. so jelly.
I'm highly impressed.
Id love to know your total stats on Elite damage and Armor destruction... I'm about 41kk crit damage with just under 10k base damage with Vector, but opted to skip most of my AD and ED.....

7 Med kits.
Shotgunners near start were like 4 meters away and only did 50% damage with a hit.
Updates have changed the timing of the spawns and aggression. The shotgunners converge on you way sooner, and you certainly dont see like at 2:40 where troops decide to turn their back on you.
+Haldir Orlly It's actually a feature. They said so on the offical stream. It is working as intended. But I didn't even use more then 5 medkits anyways in the run so pretty much a moot point.
Ah, for those doubting the damage, guess what - someone else posted about a bugged perk.
Until it's patched out, don't wear armour with % protection from elites, it actually does the damn opposite.....

Well they have come out with new patches to make these missions harder. I notice the gear recommendations has increased.
I haven't completed a single one of them... -_- and that is very depressing for me.

Ok sniper is mk20 ssr but what else is he using? An m1? Or smg?
Where did you get your 204 AUG??? I love the AUG and im using a 163 =(, Im farming in the dz for the 204 vector blueprint, but i'd rather have the AUG

+Ryan Wood They are selling a 204 Vector right now. It's not as good as the AUG. But, pretty damn mean with a good roll. I have a 182 AUG, at the moment, and it's filthy. Melts people in PvP.
Where to you find First Wave M1A ? I had a hard time getting them, do you know which boss drop them

Its not a matter of Gear score, its a matter of grouping the right items together to get the right stats. Though this dose require some good reaction time to avoid getting hit and blown up. Grats..
