    Karen must never have worked in an office, because she never learned Office Rule No. 1: Always butter up the receptionist. Receptionists (and secretaries) are powerful. They may not be able to officially do something, but they have ways of making things happen nonetheless. (Or not happen. Hint. Hint.) They’re gatekeepers. You’re not Hercules taking down Cerberus. DO NOT ANGER THE GATEKEEPER.
    In this case the receptionist can’t give Karen what she wants, but she can tell her what her next step should be. She can also alert the target that there’s a none-too-bright Karen on the warpath, along with everything she’s picked up about Karen’s tactics.
    Bad move, Karen.

      Good bosses understand the importance of keeping staff happy, and there’s no more sure way to ensure someone in the legal profession won’t want to work with you, than by pissing off the one person in their professional lives that makes things easier for them

By telling them that there is no one "higher up" or "in charge" is a really cool, passive aggressive way of saying "Despite your ridiculously inflated opinion of your own self importance, no one around here considers you important enough to talk to. Saw one of these people have their fun time become a disaster very quick. They thought the boss was gone because his car had been picked up for service. The boss heard what was going on, and knew what had happened in the past. So he waited for an opportune time to make his grand entrance. The dude took a rather severe dressing down, got told to leave, and was informed that our offices and services were from that time not available to him. As the old timers would say, "He left like a whipped puppy with his tail between his legs". Of course the employees never talked about or laughed about this ever. Ha ha ha ha

    This is completely normal in California. We have IVAMS, JAMS, and many other dispute resolution avenues heard by “private judges” specifically OUTSIDE of the superior court. Using a private judge at a private office does not convert that office to a state-run courtroom because he is not acting as a superior court judge but as a private “judge”. The public has a right to access public court records, but not the records of private dispute resolution. There’s just no “there” there.

    There are courthouses and city government offices here in Temple, TX that have posted in the work spaces of employees, key words and phrases to listen for; along with instructions of what to do in case of “Auditors.” For the most part, these instructions all sum up to, “Do not engage in discussion. Call the police.”

    • @jeffvanmeter1330
      @jeffvanmeter1330 3 года назад +3

      @@MrPaige222 “Frauditors” love to quote the legal doctrine of “No expectation of privacy in a public place;” but this is not an absolute. The 4th amendment of the Constitution, provides for persons to be “Secure in their persons, property, houses, estates and effects;” and this is generally interpreted as “The right to privacy.” However, the doctrine of “No expectation of privacy in public,” is believed by many to supersede that right. But where does “Public” end and privacy begin. According to Dr. Sandra Leitner (PhD. University of Texas College of Law, retired), the 4th Amendment right can be invoked, “Upon request.” Essentially, if a person makes a reasonable request that their 4th Amendment right be recognized and/or respected, the law recognizes that right to be in effect. In the case of RUclips videos, this is especially true, as the recorded material is intended for public viewing and for monetary gain. For once recorded material becomes available on a public platform, for which the creator intends to be paid, any individual so required can expect to be paid for their inclusion. This is why TV networks are required to obtained signed releases from individuals featured in publicly presented material. Think, a passerby in a large city being interviewed by CNN. The network has to have written consent to showcase the recording; especially as the network intends to make a profit off of the recorded material.
      (Incredibly, no one has sued a “Frauditor” for using recordings of their persons and not paying them for it...yet. (As “1st Amendment Auditing” is still a new phenomenon, it may be that some have filed suit, but said legal action is still in litigation.)
      At any rate, in most states (And in particular, my home state of Texas), the legal philosophy is, as soon as an individual requests that they not be recorded, the 4th Amendment applies.
      One thing I do worry about, is someone getting in legal trouble, because they believe they have the right to use physical force, to defend their right to privacy; especially in an “Open Carry” State, like mine. If interpreted VERY loosely, the “Stand Your Ground” legal philosophy of “Self Defense” ‘Could’ theoretically be used to justify deadly force being used to tragic effect. And while many may scoff at such a notion, people in Texas do get shot for less.

Just invading private space (property) without any respect for the owners/renters. Unbelievable!" And, I doubt some scribble of a pen/filing of a document automatically (read "magically") converts it to a public courtroom. She is just making this up, and she knows it!

    SUSAN: Wow so you were watching my hands or just like private judge outcomes?
    BILL: no, i picked up on you saying that your hand was broken and thought it odd since i assumed it would be in a cast and wouldn't need to be said. Then later on you were on camera with no cast and apparently no problem using either hand. It made me curious.
    SUSAN: Curious is good broken by cops 2017 not fixed yet they are proseciting me instread. How they roll here
    BILL: You haven't been able to use your strong hand sufficiently to operate a pen since 2017?
    BILL: I just re-played the relevant portion of your video to try to determine why I thought you were referring to a recent injury. You said: "Cops broke my hand in the file room. I was researching Michael Smith cases." How long have you been researching this guy? Four years?
    BILL: Hey Susan, I have been going back through some of your previous videos and was struck by something you said in an earlier one. ""This officer is Officer Gomez (sp?) who is the one who broke my hand on November 14th 2017 when I was in the courthouse with Mr. Largent (sp?) documenting excessive force used on him." So was your hand broken twice in 2017? Same hand? Damn, that's bad luck.
