Thank you for being raw and real, doing a debt confession is hard sometimes!
I agree that it's cruel to make grieving families pay for those things. I was beyond lucky that my insurance covered everything when I had my daughter, she was stillborn ❤️ sending much love and all the good money vibes 🤗

Lots of people will judge you for wanting to work on your credit and its easy for them to say dont worry about it just pay off your debt. Well sometimes it takes forever to fix credit because sometimes the only thing that makes it better is TIME. Your doing great, keep pushing through. My heart goes out to you for your loss.

If you’re not planning on borrowing money anytime soon, don’t worry about your credit score. That’s what that is for. Pay off as much debt as you can as fast as you can. also, is your husband’s income assisting you in any of these debts? I believe you only stuff your income, but what about your husband? And I know this is RUclips, and we only see a snapshot of your life, but I’m just trying to figure this out.

I agree. The best approach is to pay off debt is to get rid of each debt as quickly as possible. It is not maximum utilization per card but rather 30% of the total credit availability if you want to improve your credit score. Not counting the car loan, the 30% utilization is around $4500. By spreading out the extra debt payments to get each account to 30%, before attempting to pay it off, then you are never getting rid of the minimum monthly payments. Having fewer monthly payments and using that money to snowball other debts is what will get you out of debt. It all just seems way too complicated and inefficient to do it the way you've outlined. But if this is the method you prefer, then I wish you the best. Very sorry about the miscarriage. Good luck with your debt payoff journey.
