I went to Sri Lanka 25 years ago was very beautiful that time was war situation in Comlobo the hotel where I stayed there law enforcement came in our room and checked my luggage and repacked my luggage again and apologized to me that was excellent service
i went shopping in few markets and restaurants everyone speak excellent English there
