he probably had a xim4 adapter, he was most certainly using m/k on the xbox. I can tell by his movement. in fact,xbox has full mouse and keyboard support for some games now. he Definitely wasn't using controller
You sound a little uneducated about how the adapter works but it's alright, daddy is here to explain and educate now. While the adapter will improve your aim very slightly you people need to get into your head it is not EXACTLY like a mouse your sensitivity is still capped to what a controller player uses and you still have to deal with aim assist and aim acceleration something a mouse and keyboard shouldn't have to deal with. and for gears of war it makes the xim feel like ass and vs a good player it's actually a disadvantage more than an advantage. So you didn't see anything from his movement stop lying lmao it's almost impossible to tell unless you directly spectate him, get educated and stop spreading false information, okay? Thanks :)

Seems alot like keyboard and mouse. Watching the angles he pushes whilst exposing himself so carelessly, Controller Players are much more involved with their movement. He’s just trying to push angles to laser which isn’t really viable with a controller due to aim acceleration/sensitivity.

Boltok is way too OP in Gears 4. Gears 5 has it right. 2nd shot can pop your head and 3/4 shots to down you depending on active. Could be a little faster but it shoots too fast in Gears 4.

Well, let me tell you, sometimes they blow your head with one single shot and no active, As far I can see in this video, most of the times he shots with active...I can see the golden sign when he shots...but anyways is too tricky because you move so fast...and he can´t land a single shotgun shot.
