Your videos are everything a help video should be - clear and to the point. Thanks. After auto-summarising, I'd like to filter the framework matrix by case attribute. For example, show all the female participants only, or all coding at one location. It appears you can order the matrix before you create it using attributes, but you can't filter it afterwards (in excel or in nvivo). Is this correct?
I often find it easier to view and manipulate a matrix in Microsoft Excel after it's been created. To filter by attributes, you would need to separate each of these into their own column. You could then sort and filter in Excel as you wish.
Hi Bisola, the context ribbons were introduced in an NVivo update. Make sure you have the latest version installed. If you're on an older update, you will see the auto summerise elsewhere. help-nv11.qsrinternational.com/desktop/procedures/work_with_framework_matrices.htm
Although I like what frameworks matrices could do (in theory), I find them very buggy, to the point I now avoid using it. Often coded text does not show up as it should (I had entire columns of nodes with no entries). I also have repeating text in matrix cells too that takes time to clean up.
Great video, thank you for sharing.

Hi, I don't seem to have the auto summarise. I am working with NVivo 11 Pro

It's worthwile reporting bugs to QSR so they can try and squash them!
