Heyyyy guys I would love to meet you guys I'm 51 use to work for this construction company and asked them guys to teach me how to tig weld and they never did so now I got me a tig welding machine and now teaching myself how to tig I love I'm just somewhat good at free handed for now but in still practicing on how to walk the cup your video have help me alot so thanks to you guys I'll get it much love here ✌♥️🙏🙏🙏🙏
I don't know...aside from all else unique, there's also sumthin about the manner in which you communicate with your viewers, the way you teach, too, that (besides the riveting effect) piques viewers (at least , mine) curiosities, undoubtedly requisite for continued meaningful support of your channel. In short: I think you have "the gift."
We did a break test in my inspection class and weaving/wiggling on the first pass of a fillet with tig doesn’t get full root penetration and will not pass said break test, but a dip for the root will
Man one time i took a test for jv driver on a 316 sch 10 stainless ran 265 amps for the bead and it sugared up but i turned the purge up and ran the hot at 300amps it was good so dont be scared to turn up 👨🏼🏭
It's much easier on your shoulder if you lightly grab at the base of the torch handle and twist your wrist. Also, I like to wait on the puddle to catch up with where I'm pointing as as soon as it does that I move again. Gets rid of the ripple effect.
Another good video. Question.. What type of lense are you using. I came across that AmeriArc lense. Man that thing is nice. Cool blue view. If you have the chance check it out.

At the end you should break a little until gas stops itself cuz it makes air bubbles
