Thanks for the comparison ... I've already Purchased the Dragon Egg and I have to say I love my pack. I went with the Dragon Egg, Mainly Because I already have a 72hr bag. I will likely pick up the Ghost to replace 5:11 The bag I have now ... that is just how happy I am with Direct Action's line of products. Side note: I use a Klean Kanteen 40oz water bottle and while in the smaller side pockets of the Dragon Egg, When the water bottle is full, if you bend over too far the water bottle has a tendency to slip out (even with the compression strap tightened) I fixed this problem by attaching a length of shock cord through the little stitched webbing loop at the top of the pockets and attached the ends together with about an inch and a half of Black Heat Shrink Tube (Which helps with slipping), So now When the bottle is in the pocket I stretch the cord over and around to just under the cap and no more issue. When there is nothing in the pocket, just tuck the cord inside and with the zipper, hook and loop inside the pocket, there Is No issue with snags.
It's good to see a side by side comparison of the two packs, makes it easier to access the pros and cons of both. If the quality is as you state then the price point is pretty competitive with others in its class. Thanks for another straight up review Ben.
I didn't notice the straps or the drainage hole on the bottom of the Dragon Egg on your first review. Definitely made up my mind on getting it now. Thanks for the side by side!! Nice Job.
I love these tactical/Survival packs but would love to see them with a loadout. Pistole, mags, water, food, hammock shelter and admin crap. Good job man.
Thanks Ben, I have been doing a comparison between the 2. I almost bought them both. I still have time before my season of camping starts so I am happy you did this Vid.
Good review. I hope direct action is sending you free products because I just spent 190 on the ghost after watching this review. Solid review and now i am subscribed
Once again..great review and comparison..I think Direct Action will be the next big thing in tactical products..i'll pick up my dragon egg this week at my chosen courier..pretty excited to use it.
+Living Survival just got my Dragon Egg..outstanding backpack. Its in pl woodland..very very high quality, flawless, high grade materials and really worth the money!
I have ordered a direct action dust for edc/get home bag. I'm pretty excited for it to be honest. These packs seem really beautifully designed. I may even buy the ghost for my 72+hour BOB
+Living Survival Hey, I am looking in getting the Ghost Backpack, I find your videos very informative and I quite enjoy watching them. I want to use one to travel out of state with around 1 week of clothing (1-2 towels, 3 pants, 7 shirts, 7 pair of socks, extra pair of shoes, etc. ) and hygiene materials (shaving razor, bug repentant etc.). I believe a good majority of the items will fit, giving good management of space, but not all will fit. So my Question is, could the Straps at the Bottom of the Ghost Pack Support a 20L Dry Bag Sack? and if so what would you recommend as a external sack that takes advantage of the straps in the bottom of the pack.
Ended up with the Ghost , love it . wish it had the paracord grab handle , just like the idea that you could use it if needed and it looks good , went for the Ghost for the removable pack and bit more space .
Living Survival I dig the videos , a lot of similar interests . I watch a review before I buy just about anything these days . Always a help if you can't walk in someplace and go over something yourself . Thanks for the updates and reviews .
Great review. Think that will be the next pack I get. Currently testing their sister company’s pack. The Helikon-Tex Raider. How did you get the cut on the removable admin pouch?
Living Survival hey sorry Ben. I re watched the video. The fabric was puckered weird on the upper right of the pouch. With the lighting it was hard to tell. Sorry for the inconvenience
that beaver tail attachment that unclips, are you able to take it off turn it around and reattach the other way, so that the zip is inside and attachment rope is to the outside thanks
Ready liked your review, straight to the point on comparison of both packs... Since I live an urban environment I'm looking towards the Dust as my starter, thanks... 👍👍
Thanks for the great video. Question; which bag would you recommend for a two nigh camp out? I know is a dumb question but since I can't access to any of those bags I rather ask you. Once again, thanks a million and keep up the great videos.
Ben, is this the same company as Helikon Tex? (Polish company) I have some of their tactical clothing items and find them very well made and very functional. Their logos are identical, was just wondering if Direct Action was perhaps their US brand name? (Although I'm in Australia and source my Helikon tex gear from European suppliers)
Just wanted to let you know due to your review of the Ghost Pack I just ordered the Ghost Pack from Direct Action. Really enjoy all your reviews plus your channel 2. Thanks. Let Direct Action know the reason why as well.
Thanks for the comparison... Both are indeed great packs from an up and coming manufacturer... I have the Ghost, but have been trying to decide between the Dragon Egg or the Dust for a smaller commute and day pack...
Hey Ben, Excellent comparison video👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 My question is, " Can the waist belt be detached from the Ghost and used on the Dragon Egg, if one were to wider, more padded waist belt?" I have no doubt the Dragonegg will ride comfortably with or without its smaller belt, but for those who prefer, or need the wider belt, I just wondered if it would interchangeable? Please keep up the great video reviews. Continued success for 2016!William ~
Awesome Video as always. If I can make a request for future bag reviews (or even a part two with the bags); Could you fill them up with something (even if its just jackets or clothes) so we can see how big they are? I know there are pictures of them full but on video it would come off better. Thanks again for the awesome reviews and I look forward to seeing what you review next!
Hey Ben, I'm looking at getting a Ghost, but I'll probably carry it without the front/admin pocket on it - problem is, I can't find a good view of the bag with that pocket removed! any chance you'd have some pictures of it in this configuration? thanks for the side-by-side! awesome review!!
Actually, I found a really in-depth up-close review of the Ghost on a channel called Omega Survival, in case anybody else is looking for more good views of this bag.
Great video reviews. I have to say, I was about to pull the trigger on the Dragon Egg, but this one looks great too. But I also like the looks of the new redesigned CamelBak Mil Tac H.A.W.G. would love your input on that one too. I would be using it for multi-purpose briefcase/weekend camping.
I love these bags, especially the Dragon Egg. All the gear on the site is just too expensive though. I spent tons on my boots, sleeping bag, and main large hiking backpack, so for a daypack alone to be just as expensive is a bit out of my range
Ive used the dragon egg backpack forever now. By far the best backpack ever, except when you don’t put your stuff back in order it gets lost sometimes The dust is nice but not as comfortable and padded as dragon egg
If I already own a tactical tailor removable operators pack but I want something a little larger and have more organization should I go with the Ghost or the Dragon Egg?!
when I watch your pack reviews it makes me cry a little because I wanted the pack you reviewed before then... so now I want to grab up something from direct action quick lol. great review brother..
+Living Survival I'd like to see your point of view on the direct action dust. The condor 2 does the trick for me so I'm either looking for a full blow bug out bag like something along the lines of an eberlestock bag or something like a day kit that would work for a bag the size of the dust...
For those who care, Direct Action does all their manufacturing overseas, their backpacks are made in Vietnam. Nothing screams quality like made in Vietnam, those 7 year olds can turn a mean stitch.
Oops Niki you got me there, I’m typing on a piece of shit iPad. Shucks and darn. One quick question, is there anything similar to an iPad made in the US? If so let me know so I can check it out. As far as rucks, backpacks and tactical gear goes DA, 3V, Voodoo, Redrocks, Maxipad and every mall ninjas favorite 511, there best described as cheaply built copies of real gear. Far and away vastly superior choices would be Kifaru, London Bridge Trading, Tactical Tailor, Mystery Ranch, Specialty Defense Systems, Spec Ops Brand......would you like me to keep going? If you want gear that will last you avoid anything made in Asia. Then again if you want to be a spiky haired mall ninja go with DA and the others it will give you the tacti-cool look you crave.
Ordered the dragon egg based on your review on it same color also figured it would also be a good pack for hunting. Got it in one day perks of being 20 mins from their place in Ballston Spa NY lol.
had a quick question for you man. Looking into another pack shortly, was thinking of going with this pack, watched another recent review on the pack and the guy claims his water bottle kept falling out of the side pouches, few others claimed the same problem. Did you encounter this problem? I have a camelback 3/4 liter water bottle, I don't think it would be a problem, but if multiple people are encountering the same problem that means the side holders are pointless and waste and ill go another direction.
the zip can come loose and then I guess it could fall out. you can run the strap through which I always do as a backup if I put the bottle on the outside.
I just wanna ask a question before choosing the ideal model to purchase. My laptop is 27 cm wide and 38 cm long so can it fit inside the Dragon Egg's or Ghost's main compartment?
thanks for the great video but i still can't decide i'm thinking about either Ghost or dragon egg can't decide which one to get i'm 5'6 about 140 lbs any recommendation?
I love this video because there isn't much out there that shows the ghost. I am an avid hiker. I don't do more than a day hike. Having said that I was wondering which pack you think would work better for hiking? I have an EMT rip away pouch so I don't want to go with a normal hiking pack. I want one with webbing and these look awesome. I usually carry a 3 liter bladder too along with survival gear, snacks, change of clothes, and water shoes. I am also female and I wonder if the ghost will be too big for my frame. Any suggestions and tips will be great! Have a good day and keep up the good work!
The comparison was nice between the Dragon Egg and the Ghost but can you make another video reviewing the Ghost pack by itself? I prefer that when you fill the pack up to demonstrate how much the pack can hold or what kind of things the pack can carry. It helps me get a better idea of whether I would want to purchase the pack for myself or not.
the Dragon Egg looks cool. I use the Hazard 4 Evac Holmes for my EDC.... I was a huge Maxpedition nut but I'm enjoying Hazard 4. The Dragon Egg though, I'm going to keep my eye on that one. Great vid bro.
I just can't make a choise, Source Assault or Direct Action's Ghost MKII. Source Assault comes with a nice bladder and costs half less, but I kinda like the Ghost more. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Just talked to them, everything excluding bags and backpacks is made in Poland but they told me soon they will produce everything in Poland. It is a higher tier.
I have both the Dragon Egg and RUSH 12. The Dragon Egg is much more comfortable than the RUSH 12, but the RUSH 12 has better organization IMHO and easier to pack, it can hold bulkier items better than the DA Dragon Egg.
Living Survival The foxtrot was pretty compact and nice lookin. The belt straps should fit you nicely & Hope you enjoy the product. hope to see you share it with us :)
#LivingSurvival Thanks for the comparison, it was very helpful. I was toying with which one to go with and I have ordered the Dragon Egg. Can't wait to receive it!
Wouldn't it have made more sense to put the same shoulder straps onto the Ghost that they used on the Dragon Egg? I'm no backpack expert, but it seems thicker padded straps on the bigger pack would be better suited to carrying a heavier load. Otherwise love these packs!
+Living Survival I haven't tried the Ghost pack myself, but it's usually my preference to have a bit more padding for a bag that size. My EDC pack is about the same size and it's straps are a bit more padded, along similar lines as the Dragon Egg. But to each his own! Awesome video and keep up the great work!
+Randy Bear i'd love to see a photo or video of it. post it on my forums. worldwidesurvival.com
Happy to for sure. I'll post that as soon as I get a minute.
+Living Survival Just a heads up... I posted on the forums with pics of the setup I just mentioned. Hope that's helpful. Enjoy!
Randy Bear will look later tonight when i get back, awesome.
great mod tip thanks for sharing!
It's good to see a side by side comparison of the two packs, makes it easier to access the pros and cons of both. If the quality is as you state then the price point is pretty competitive with others in its class. Thanks for another straight up review Ben.
+Paul Mumford thanks Paul.
I didn't notice the straps or the drainage hole on the bottom of the Dragon Egg on your first review. Definitely made up my mind on getting it now. Thanks for the side by side!! Nice Job.
+Mike P yeah, easy to forget things :)
Great vid. Thanks for taking the time to review these packs
Thanks mate, we run things in litres over here. I have a few Maxpedition packs so it gives me a baseline for what I can pack.
Thanks for doing this video and providing the comparison. I am in the need of a good pack and will check out these two
love watching your vids man.
Good review. I hope direct action is sending you free products because I just spent 190 on the ghost after watching this review. Solid review and now i am subscribed
Love the direct action gear. Have several packs, plate carriers, battle belts etc from them and perform very well.
Once again..great review and comparison..I think Direct Action will be the next big thing in tactical products..i'll pick up my dragon egg this week at my chosen courier..pretty excited to use it.
+MeisterFury let me know how you like it.
+Living Survival just got my Dragon Egg..outstanding backpack. Its in pl woodland..very very high quality, flawless, high grade materials and really worth the money!
Great video I love both but I would definitely go with the GHOST. And also the KRYPTEK IS AWESOME. thanks for these great videos.
I bought the Dragon Egg based on Ben's review. I absolutely love it. I don't need the Ghost but Direct Action products are worth it. Thanks Ben!
+Rob Farrell Totally worth it. Everything is high quality even interior compartments.
The Ghost looks fabulous for a nylon bag. Sunlight and UV might be a problem in lower latitudes.
Some of my gear in Australia is canvas.
Are you really sure that a 15 Inch Laptop will fit into the back compartment of the Ghost (at 7:00)? Thanks...
Ben, Well Done..........The Ghost looks like a fine item.......
+Omar Gonzalez a dry bag could be strapped there yes.
This was very helpful. I'm getting the Ghost Direct Action work my work bag. Cheers!
+Cristina T you will enjoy it.
*for my work bag...damn autocorrect.
+Living Survival hope so...I'm 5' tall and 90lbs so this one won't dwarf me and I can attach 2 6×6 pouches to the hip belt.
Ended up with the Ghost , love it . wish it had the paracord grab handle , just like the idea that you could use it if needed and it looks good , went for the Ghost for the removable pack and bit more space .
+Jon Beard make one... :)
Gotta get some desert camo pattern cord first to pop on the tan Ghost .
Living Survival I dig the videos , a lot of similar interests . I watch a review before I buy just about anything these days . Always a help if you can't walk in someplace and go over something yourself . Thanks for the updates and reviews .
Hi Ben, I am really enjoying your channel, love the vids! thanks!
+KungFuTweety1 thanks for the comment and watching.
Very nice packs, thanks for sharing Ben.
Nice video! Do you know any other pack that has the laser cut attaching system? Because I've not seen many others..
Two very nice packs! The laser cut molle is interesting
Great vid bro have to check it out. Love the laser cut webbing.
+Kevin Jones me too.
Great review. Think that will be the next pack I get. Currently testing their sister company’s pack. The Helikon-Tex Raider. How did you get the cut on the removable admin pouch?
Cut where?
Living Survival hey sorry Ben. I re watched the video. The fabric was puckered weird on the upper right of the pouch. With the lighting it was hard to tell. Sorry for the inconvenience
that beaver tail attachment that unclips, are you able to take it off turn it around and reattach the other way, so that the zip is inside and attachment rope is to the outside thanks
Awesome side by side. I agree with him below, you should do a loadout with the Ghost so we can see how much it can fit!
either of those bags would be a nice upgrade to my ww2 issued duffel bag I found in a garage of a house I was renting.
Thanks for the review. I'm going with the Ghost after seeing this review. Just have to figure out the color. So many options.
Ready liked your review, straight to the point on comparison of both packs... Since I live an urban environment I'm looking towards the Dust as my starter, thanks... 👍👍
+Robert Cabrera Dust is a GREAT pack, you will love it.
Thanks for the review it really help to see the side by side. Thanks
+Robert Kellner thanks Robert .
Thanks for the great video. Question; which bag would you recommend for a two nigh camp out? I know is a dumb question but since I can't access to any of those bags I rather ask you.
Once again, thanks a million and keep up the great videos.
+David Mazo the larger.
Thanks
Ben, is this the same company as Helikon Tex? (Polish company) I have some of their tactical clothing items and find them very well made and very functional. Their logos are identical, was just wondering if Direct Action was perhaps their US brand name? (Although I'm in Australia and source my Helikon tex gear from European suppliers)
+castortroy365 yes same company.
thanks for your review on the egg. I have had many bags and I always buy another one....I'm never happy. The egg has been perfect for me!
Just wanted to let you know due to your review of the Ghost Pack I just ordered the Ghost Pack from Direct Action. Really enjoy all your reviews plus your channel 2. Thanks. Let Direct Action know the reason why as well.
+james york thanks james!
Thanks for the comparison... Both are indeed great packs from an up and coming manufacturer... I have the Ghost, but have been trying to decide between the Dragon Egg or the Dust for a smaller commute and day pack...
+Survival Citizen Both great packs. Nearly identical other than size.
never seen these before. sorry if this was already commented on, but are regular molle pouches/accessories compatible?
Amazing review! You definitely know what you're talking about :) Thank you so much!!
good review. thanks. bought one. also have rain protection sleeve over zips
Hey Ben, Excellent comparison video👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 My question is, " Can the waist belt be detached from the Ghost and used on the Dragon Egg, if one were to wider, more padded waist belt?" Please keep up the great video reviews. Continued success for 2016!William ~
They aren't innerchangeble
What water bladder would you recommend for the Ghost. Watching Bear Grylls makes me think you could inflate them with air to cross rivers etc.
i bought the Dragon egg based on your first review and all i can say is you were right. I love it and thanks again.
+Luigi Giancristofaro awesome, great pack.
Are the padded shoulder straps of the dragon egg a lot more comfortable than the ghost?
Awesome Video as always. If I can make a request for future bag reviews (or even a part two with the bags); Could you fill them up with something (even if its just jackets or clothes) so we can see how big they are? I know there are pictures of them full but on video it would come off better. Thanks again for the awesome reviews and I look forward to seeing what you review next!
+uhgtheuhg i typically do, I will make sure to do that in the future, thanks.
I love both of them. Great packs, I might get the Ghost, Great review.
+Carlos Sepulveda both great packs.
+Living Survival got the Ghost, yesterday... amazing backpack... love it.
+Jared Jones nice, thanks for watching.
Quality wise and organisational wise which is better direct action or 5.11 ?
Great video reviews. I have to say, I was about to pull the trigger on the Dragon Egg, but this one looks great too. But I also like the looks of the new redesigned CamelBak Mil Tac H.A.W.G. would love your input on that one too. I would be using it for multi-purpose briefcase/weekend camping.
I love these bags, especially the Dragon Egg. All the gear on the site is just too expensive though. I spent tons on my boots, sleeping bag, and main large hiking backpack, so for a daypack alone to be just as expensive is a bit out of my range
If you could only choose one, which one would it be!?? Thanks!
Is ghost the color of the bag still in production?
Now, I really like the Ghost pack! More my size and speed. 👍
+Prepare Learn Survive! Same great features, larger pack!
Living Survival : wanted a larger pack. I normally travel with my wife, son or both. So I carry the bulk of our supplies. 👪
Ive used the dragon egg backpack forever now. By far the best backpack ever, except when you don’t put your stuff back in order it gets lost sometimes The dust is nice but not as comfortable and padded as dragon egg
I like the fact that they have 11 different colors to chose from. I gotta pick one up.
Bought the ghost. Very happy bro. Thank you
Nice
If I already own a tactical tailor removable operators pack but I want something a little larger and have more organization should I go with the Ghost or the Dragon Egg?!
+Ryan Leitner ghost probably if you want more room. the dragon egg is a avg school backpack size.
Awesome review my friend, and a couple of very nice packs indeed. Thanks for sharing.
+Massachusetts Prepper thanks!
Great review dude !!!
No Brasil a Dragon Egg tem o nome de Wolf, e quem comercializa é a Rota Extrema.
Josimar

How much is it? I recon it must be extremely expensive considering how high taxes are in there and everything is overpriced due to that fact
when I watch your pack reviews it makes me cry a little because I wanted the pack you reviewed before then... so now I want to grab up something from direct action quick lol. great review brother..
+Cameron Herrin haha, yeah i know that feeling when I watch gear reviews.
+Living Survival I'd like to see your point of view on the direct action dust. The condor 2 does the trick for me so I'm either looking for a full blow bug out bag like something along the lines of an eberlestock bag or something like a day kit that would work for a bag the size of the dust...
Haven't tried the dust :(
For those who care, Direct Action does all their manufacturing overseas, their backpacks are made in Vietnam. Nothing screams quality like made in Vietnam, those 7 year olds can turn a mean stitch.

Hi what is the size of the waist belt on the ghost please
I was thinking of purchasing a ghost pack. Are you able to comment on the the durability of the bag? Thanks.
very durable
Ok cool. Thanks for the quick response.
Ordered the dragon egg based on your review on it same color also figured it would also be a good pack for hunting. Got it in one day perks of being 20 mins from their place in Ballston Spa NY lol.
+ewing1807 nice, hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
can you attach larger items to the sides with the compression straps?
+Jesse Clyatt yes.
Hey Ben, I've found a vendor that will ship to Oz. Just wondering if the ghost would be allowed as carry on luggage on a plane or is it too big?
+Rhi McKeon Not sure. Probably depends on how its loaded.
+Living Survival okay decided to go with the Dragon Egg. Thoughts on the Pencott camo colours?
Rhi McKeon All of their colors are sick!
+Living Survival pulled the trigger and gone for the PenCott Greenzone! www.hydedefinition.com/images2/fabricgz.jpg
Rhi McKeon Should be sick!
had a quick question for you man. Looking into another pack shortly, was thinking of going with this pack, watched another recent review on the pack and the guy claims his water bottle kept falling out of the side pouches, few others claimed the same problem. Did you encounter this problem? I just wanna ask a question before choosing the ideal model to purchase. My laptop is 27 cm wide and 38 cm long so can it fit inside the Dragon Egg's or Ghost's main compartment?
+Sim Yong Siang 27 " probably not or it would be tight.
+Living Survival Thanks for the reply. Do you think I should get the Dragon Egg, Ghost or the Condor's Medium Assault Pack? Which one is better?
Sim Yong Siang Dragon Egg for day pack size, Ghost for 72 hour pack size.
Great video.
thanks for the great video but i still can't decide
i'm thinking about either Ghost or dragon egg can't decide which one to get
i'm 5'6 about 140 lbs
any recommendation?
+Alex Choi (Lime) depends on your intended use. the ghost is larger.
+xxStarGazer626xx get the dragon egg.
Would the ghost be a good backpacking/ overnight bag?
+Cole Greer yeop.
+Mike Walter Thanks for the input, I'll consider that for a future video.
the Dragon Egg looks cool. I use the Hazard 4 Evac Holmes for my EDC.... I was a huge Maxpedition nut but I'm enjoying Hazard 4. The Dragon Egg though, I'm going to keep my eye on that one. Great vid bro.
great review and love the intro keep it up Ben
+danny chadwick thanks danny
Are you not going to show us the interior?
Hey! I really like the dragon egg. I was wondering whether it would fit someone who is 190cm tall?
Yes. It's adjustable. But you would look funny being a big man with a small bag. Buy it for cute factor.
Awesome video
+Mr.CatFish thanks.
I just can't make a choise, Source Assault or Direct Action's Ghost MKII. Source Assault comes with a nice bladder and costs half less, but I kinda like the Ghost more. Any suggestions? Thanks.
so which one did you choose at the end?
@@yyyoniii3245 DA
@@subseeker Nice me too, i am very satisfied with the ghost
@@yyyoniii3245 same here and believe it or not, I still use the darn thing, built to last material all over
Being on the other side of the world mate, what is the capacity in liters of both packs?
+Paul Mumford 31.5 liters on the Ghost and 25 on the Dragon Egg.
where is this made? in house or abroad( china, vietnam etc.)?
+Stefan Ochisor It's a Polish company (parent company is Helikon, this should be higher quality tier). They still might be made in China though...
Just talked to them, everything excluding bags and backpacks is made in Poland but they told me soon they will produce everything in Poland. It is a higher tier.
Ive got the dragon egg and it meets all my requirements. Luv it!
thanks for the awesome review! helped me a lot
love these packs does the dragon egg come in grey.
+sektion333 Yes.
I'm debating between the dragon egg and the 5.11 rush12. Great video
I have both the Dragon Egg and RUSH 12. The Dragon Egg is much more comfortable than the RUSH 12, but the RUSH 12 has better organization IMHO and easier to pack, it can hold bulkier items better than the DA Dragon Egg.
Very nice comparison! I think if I ever end up need another pack I just might go with the dragon egg!
+Jason McDaniel great pack.
Could you do a video with the Ghost packed. I just cant tell its actual capacity empty. Great review nevertheles!
I am looking for the Dragon Egg in Olive Green, to ship to Australia, can't find it anywhere. If any1 knows of somewhere, let me know.
can you do a review on the Monstrum Tactical 3 day backpack?
+Gpettooh Florentini i'll see what i can do.
Awesome! Thanks
could you compare the dragon egg VS 5.11 rush 12? I'm torn between the two
+B. Hudgens no comparison. dragon egg hands down.
just went and checked them out! good stuff. I will be purchasing the ghost soon and the messenger bag :) ghost in yeti and messenger in black
+Casey Biggs I have the Foxtrot waist bag coming up soon :)
Living Survival The foxtrot was pretty compact and nice lookin. The belt straps should fit you nicely & Hope you enjoy the product. hope to see you share it with us :)
They both look cool, but i like the Dragon egg better 🐲🥚
How does the Ghost compare to the 5.11 rush 72?
Night and day better.
have you reviewed the direct action dust?
+Sam Watson nope, just a smaller dragon egg.
I know how much you love the dragon egg. Can I ask though for a 3 day pack is the ghost the best for the money ? Thanks.
+Kris Douglas ghost is a great pack if you need something larger.
+SakuKoivuRocks The Ghost has a better hip belt so lightweight shoulder straps are all that is needed.

I haven't tried the Ghost pack myself, but it's usually my preference to have a bit more padding for a bag that size. My EDC pack is about the same size and it's straps are a bit more padded, along similar lines as the Dragon Egg. But to each his own! Awesome video and keep up the great work!
I was wondering if you have heard of the brand alps they have a great variety of packs and I think you should check them out
+Lukas Angland I have an alps hunting pack. great stuff.
