I am taking a health coach training program - Integrative medicine. The lecture I watched after watching this video was from a behavioral health scientist talking about work by Kobasa on optimism vs work by Seligman on pessimism. Then she says people are after comfort and we should not judge them based on health choices. COMFORT and now my education is colliding with everything I am learning at SOFFC and your videos. Isn't God just amazing?!!!❤

This whole series makes me think about the word that says Your ears will hear a word behind you, “This is the way, walk in it,” whenever you turn to the right or to the left.
