It was a very emotional documentary seeing what she is going through with Stuff person Syndrome -(SPS). There were many happy moments in the documentary and there were very heartbreaking scenes in it as well. I couldn't take my eyes away from the screen while watching. My heart goes out to her and her family. Her team around her are amazing people and I was impressed with them.
The director of the documentary was exceptional too.
Having seen Celine in Vegas during her second run of shows I had the privilege to sit 3rd row at Caesars and had NO IDEA she was suffering from symptoms even then. It was an amazing show which speaks to her professionalism and true dedication and exceptional love for her art and fans. Her voice is the "conductor of her life".(I'm paraphrasing here)
As a Bel Canto style Opera Vocalist Classically trained, I totally had an epiphany watching and realizing that taking my voice and talent from me which feeds my soul would ABSOLUTELY take my happiness away leaving me miserable beyond my understanding.I think she's so strong to keep fighting and staying so positive. Yet, I could see the pain which causes her to disassociate and drift off due to the trauma her body has been through.
I recognize it because I have Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) and have experienced global pain that is debilitating. (Which is not related to Stiff person person syndrome in any way except that it's neurological)
I believe she will sing again for the people which seems to be the driving force behind her. That along with music, her children and sheer will to not stop.
Hugs to her. Love to her. She's amazing. Still, music is healing and I hope she can be happy and healthy while singing also. Either way the world loves her and she loves the people of the world. All of them.

😢😢😢😢 I am so sorry what has happened to you. It happened to Jon bon Jovi. Others. Please know that I wish a full recovery for you. Please seek out the others who lost they're voices; they will be a source of information and help for you.
Please don't be bitter. So many come down with cancer and other life changing disorders, and have no Access to the healthcare they need. Be grateful you will have the best healthcare available, that's big in this USA that denies care and causes disability and death to millions.
