Subhan'Allah small world, I met this brother and his fellow classmates when I was getting my driver's license converted back in 2014.
I heard majority of Madina university are Somali 🇸🇴 with different passports. SubhanAllah so proud of my pple🥰
That is not true at all they make up a small minority of the school. I studied there but yes they are great people

It's strange they didn't reply your salam because usually in Saudi we reply salam whether we know the person or not.
Arabis and Africans even if they’re not a Muslim are friendly Maasha Allah but some of our Muslim from far Asia are not open.
I was surprised when I say Salam to sisters with hijab and they didn’t reply or look you weird SubhanAllah it’s sad feelings wallahi
Before going to Madinah Uni in 1996, the brothers told me they work on the IBM system here, IBM i asked? Yes they said, Inshaa Allaah, Bukrah, Mumkin.

أشتاق جدااااا أن أتعلم الدين في مثل هذه الجامعات في الملكة العربية السعودية.. لكنني لا أعرف من أين يمكن للنسآء غير السعوديات بأن يتعلمن الدين الصحيح في السعودية.. أي من أي الجامعات.. أشتاق لي و لأطفالي حفظ القرآن الكريم أيضا،في المسجد النبوي ....

If you’re a sister you need a mahram to go but if you arrive you can study in the university and benefit.

The people of Qassim are the rudest people I’ve ever met in my life. I was there visiting because I was looking at an employment opportunity. I was having dinner in this one restaurant and it was time for maghrib. The restaurant didn’t have a prayer rug, so I told them I was going to walk across the street to pray quickly and I would be right back. The restauranteur yelled at me: SIT DOWN!
Which I did. But not before I wrote a Google review describing the experience, showed it to him, and then posted it as he watched.
Don’t bother with those people. You deserve better.

Lahjah ( لهجة ) means dialect.
And Al Himmah ( الهمة ) roughly translates to determination.
For example ones Himmah to seek knowledge etc.
