when I need to know I just come here :) I like the marine net, hurricane net, etc since im in georgia we get alot of storms off our coast and Florida with the Atlantic and gulf. My radio can listen to alot more frequencies than it will allow me to transmit on so I also listen to local air traffic from local airport as well. And. you mentioned the local weather channels.
