I make AI short films and have been using MiniMax to create b-roll my next film. It’s the most impressive generator for sure. I just hope the image-to-video will work as good as the text-to-video. I think the pictures need to be very realistic so that MiniMax will see them as such and generate video accordingly. Thank you for the great video and example shots with complex, detailed prompts!

You're 100% right on the money with the image-to-video mode - the first or last or even middle frame (depending on the generator) are crucial. Great, but until they add an image to video option this seems useless, I mean these clips are great as fillers or just stock footage but not for telling a consistent story. But love Minimax's quality for sure.

But even using text-to-video, when you use a precise description of the hero or a subject or - in the case of a person - request in the prompt a resemblance to an actual public person, you can achieve some interesting results regarding consistency. Obviously, once MiniMax release image-to-video, we'll dive right into it :)
