I saw her at a festival this summer. I mainly like the rock, metal and punk acts, but i must say. Sigrid was a breath of fresh air after going to harder shows and she has an ability to engage the audience. i was singing along and enjoying myself. positive energies at the end of that festival night :)

On the Norwegian news last Friday: it’s a personal song about her own career as an artist and her own expectations to herself. “Do I deserve all the praise?”

Everyone should have a listen to Sigrid. She made top of charts in UK, and Scotland I think. She started with cover songs In a huge fan and always look forward to her next song

I hope you’ll continue your journey with Sigrid’s music. I see her second album behind you, and the combination of studio + acoustic versions for every track makes for perfect reaction song candidates. :)
    As for this latest bop:
“We’ve all been there, when you wonder if you’ve lived up to the expectations. I thought about the term Hype, in love and at work, and the questions you ask yourself of did you really live up to the hype.
So I wrote a song about it! With my artist job, I’ve sometimes felt that I’ve tried to live up to myself in a way - but a version of myself that looks like me, but cooler, more confident and touring the world. I’ve probably brought that into my private life, and all those things is what Hype is about. We’ve wrapped it in ethereal melodies and bass, synth and drum heavy production, but I love how there’s so much strength in my vocals - there’s power in being vulnerable!” - Sigrid

Her voice is really pleasant to listen to. I'm going to listen to other music of hers to see what she's got and what kind of music she leans towards.
EDIT: Went to her playlist and listened to all her songs you've reacted to plus one called Known You Forever. Okay, I'm a fan!

Good reaction to a good song.
You are onto something when you say it can be about different things.
I found this on the musicsite NME.
Where she talks a bit about the song:
According to Sigrid - full name Sigrid Solbakk Raabe - the track is an expansive pop anthem that encapsulates her signature sound best and maintains the same gritty lyricism that first put her on the map.
It also captures that innate sense of self-doubt that all creatives are vulnerable to, which leads them to question if - even after critical acclaim - they can still live up to the hype.
“We’ve all been there, when you wonder if you’ve lived up to the expectations. I thought about the term Hype, in love and at work, and the questions you ask yourself of did you really live up to the hype,” Sigrid said of the new track.
“So I wrote a song about it! With my artist job, I’ve sometimes felt that I’ve tried to live up to myself in a way - but a version of myself that looks like me, but cooler, more confident and touring the world.”
She continued: “I’ve probably brought that into my private life, and all those things is what Hype is about. We’ve wrapped it in ethereal melodies and bass, synth and drum-heavy production, but I love how there’s so much strength in my vocals - there’s power in being vulnerable!”
The quick-witted track also marks a new milestone in Sigrid’s career, as it is the first song that she has a producer credit on. This is as it saw her team up with longtime collaborator Askjell, who co-wrote one of Sigrid’s biggest ballads ‘Dynamite’, and Nick Hahn.

Wow Bob, tables have turned huh, now you catch on to new releases before I do, at least from Sigrid, and Angelina. Sigrid was the headliner at the Øya festival in Oslo, our capital, last Saturday. Got top critics, one saying she showed muscles infront of a geared up audience, another said no mercy energy from Sigrid.
I ran across a series of videos from her named (up close)(Visualiser) gathered in their own playlist from her - ruclips.net/p/PLYwnts8ldC9qDhmpH6ezOjniIxyqBkNcE , a good list to pick what to react to.
One that I like extra good is 'A Driver Saved My Night' - ruclips.net/video/JG3gBo1pvvg/видео.html . It shows a new more flirty side side of her - she is a very good singer/songwriter and artist plus also a very beautiful woman without needing a ton of makeup and fancy racy clothes.

This was good. But, yea, liked Home To You a little more. That and Bad Life from the 2nd album, which I see you have on the wall behind you.

Sigrid is great, but I love Sissel, and it`s been a while since you reacted to her. Would you please react to her amazing performance of Wait a while ruclips.net/video/KOvTL6uZt3k/видео.html written by the late Jon Lord of Deep Purple.
