My EASY Failproof Scallion Pancake Recipe! | First Time Making 蔥油餅

This is my FIRST long form video for a food recipe, so hope you enjoy. Today, we are making one of my favorite Taiwanese snacks, scallion pancakes. This is also my first time making 'cong you bing,' and it turned out surprisingly well! Ingredients
- 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1.5 cups cake flour
- 1 cup hot water
- 3/4 cup cool water
- Salt and five spice powder for seasoning
- 1 cup of scallions
- 1 cup of boiled neutral oil
- 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
