    Thanks for this, I've had problems with these power stations, most I've been able to correct (disconnect and reconnect, like a reset) that at least gets power to the AC outlets, but I can't get any DC power to the USB/C outlets, even the cigarette outlet, which according to the manual should have power available all the time. It's very frustrating.
    Looking forward to more of your vids.

    I checked its AC output with an oscilloscope and its 50Hz pure sine wave, 220V. Not modified sine wave, which would look like a 50Hz square wave and fail to start inductive loads, and this had no such problems.
    That said, its solar in and AC out connectors are really flimsy

    • @RahmatullahRezai
      @RahmatullahRezai  Год назад

      Yes you are absolutely correct. It's a pure sine wave. But it has a lot of distortion. 7ts Pure sine but not a good one :).

    Hi, I have a Allpower r4000 UK version and from the first day the unit will not take a charge from the A/C or solar. Its under warranty, but Allpower never get back to you. Should I open the unit & see if the BMS is burnt out or just wait...

    • @RahmatullahRezai
      @RahmatullahRezai  9 месяцев назад

      Hi. Sad to hear that . But I think you should wait. Because the R4000 is more complicated than this one. I don't trust this brand. So don't be surprised if they don't reply to you. At the end if they didn't answer you. You can carefully open it. I am sure you can retrofit some other board that allows you to charge the batteries. Keep me posted if I can be of any help to you. I have this exact device. Its only operating when its on the charger. When the device is off the charger then neither DC or AC come on. I tested the fuses, they are good. I opened the device and checked all cables. Also good. I put the battery directly on a vectron smart charger. Its showing 14.4 abs charge, but no current (maybe BMS blocks it?) The device itself says its 40% charged. It doesnt seem to increase when on the charger. Anything i can try? Or declare it dead?

      Sorry for late reply. It's definitely the BMS. But remember it's 3s BMS. It's 3 cells in series'. The voltage should not be 14 volts. It's 3.7 volt per cell Wich is 11.1 volt in total.

    Seems to be a lot of issues from these units. My USB C Stopped working in and output and I'm getting parasitic battery drain. I know it's 2 years old but thank you for the videos. I will try to open the unit and see if I can find the OEM part for the USB C port to see if I can repair or build a DIY generator using these cells.
