You gotta love Hlaudi especially how he always at any given moments equate running the SABC with running South Africa. Nevertheless the man is raising some valid points and lately it seems like the courts are setting wrong precedents with their rulings and the ordinary man in the streets might suffer the repurcusions of these rulings(judgements) in the near future. We shouldn't always celebrate when the courts rules against the people we dislike cause we might suffer from those rulings one day when we've got some legal matters and I can only wish him well in his appeal.

Our judiciary is clearly captured. How do you punish a person because someone decided he should get a bonus and a salary? Why is the board not charged together with him, in fact he should be left alone. Let the board members come before the court not him. Also, if what he's done is supposedly illegal, how come multi choice is not summoned as well? How can the transaction be illegal but only one party is charged?

But because the aim is to teach those who fight for black people a lesson they decide to charge Hlaudi. A certain white owned company was "mistakenly" paid 5 billion at Eskom, why is the SIU not going after that company or the person that authorized that payment? How do you leave R5b and go after R10m?😂🤣
