Ingredients for a pork loin under a cheese and onion blanket and tomato 1
500 grams of pork loin
125 grams of mozzarella cheese
100 grams of cheese
10 cherry tomatoes
1 onion
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
2 teaspoons of plain yogurt
1 teaspoon of mustard
1 teaspoon of ketchup
a pinch of pepper
pinch of salt
Bake at 200 degrees for 35 minutes, covered,
then 15 minutes uncovered. Finally, brown the cheese for an additional 5 minutes. Heating up and down
