For the Icons and Heroes, I think you can allow yourself to complete their SBCs but only if it's some kind of flashback/On This Day from when they were U23. For example, that Zanetti currently available as On This Day icon was when he debuted with Argentina and he was 21 years old, so I think he would be eligible for the series. Xabi Alonso's was when he was 23, and Robbie Keane's was when he was 19. You don't have to complete every single one of them but the icon links could be very useful if you like to change the squad around and not play only with the same 11 from 1 or 2 leagues after a few evos. Other than that, it's a U23 RTG so Jamal Musiala is eligible, Zuriko Davitashvili POTM is eligible, Lena Oberdorf is eligible, Mathys Tel might be very complicated to complete now but he obviously is eligible, Francisco Conceicao is eligible. You have a few options there for more variety in your club, one episode it can be around Musiala, one episode it can be around Davitashvili etc Lastly, you can use 82-85 fodder in the TOTW 81+ pick and can get some U23 players ready for cool and unique evolutions like 81 Sem Steijn, 81 Youssoufa Moukoko, 83 Ismael Saibari, 83 Lucas Chevalier (no GK evos sadly but still a good GK)... there's plenty of good U23 there I'll be there for the next episodes, count me in
