Geesh, I thought if I bought the white label version for $297 per month and sold the full service to business owners for $200 per month, I'd make $200 per client minus my monthly white label fee. After watching this video, it looks like it might cost about $600 or more per site to run, so I'd lose $400 per customer! LOL. I think I'll stick with free WordPress and $20 p/m hosting. 😄 Thank you for showing the true costs. You saved me a lot of time and money.
You missed the point of the vid! You can rebill all those costs to your customers so you do keep the profit
I got the point. The costs get passed on to the custoemr, but my point is that the sales process is going to be a LOT harder selling them on a product that will cost them a lot more money than say $199 per month.
I'm not saying it's impossible, but this video opened my eyes as I thought everything was included in the HL white label package but that $397 p/m price tag is just the starting point. A HL white label owner is going to need some serious selling skills to sell what is a product/service that has a much higher price point. @@ItsKeaton

All these extra fees look like a great way to reload on existing business, especially with companies that do notbhave a web pressemce at all. Could base them out with just a site and yext, then go back to the pond to upsell on automated email campaigns and texting, upgrade them to have a moble app if appropriate.

This is a great breakdown! I'm just a bit confused about the chart you show at 3:38. Are the fees that you highlighted in yellow for brand registration or for campaign registration, and do we need to pay both of the highlighted fees?
I was thinking about selling "Missed called text back" features for other business, in orther to do that as you mentioned I have to buy a number for each client i land. But that will also mean I not only have to pay for every call that goes trough my conversation ai bot but I also have to pay for every other call my client make right since its $/minute for phone? Anyway to come around this if you don't want to chrage you client extra becuase they use there phone more?
You can just charge enough that their usage doesn’t matter

Hi Keaton, thank you for the great vid. One thing you mentioned that I don't understand is how you make money by reselling HighLevel? I understand the affiliate, also the ongoing agency 'do-for-you' model. By reselling, does that mean that you charge the client /month for the same service they'd get if they were to subscribe to HL directly, with you continously have a access to their subaccount?
Yep. And the incremental costs are passed on to them (SMS, email, AI)
It's a pain in the arse having to explain local business owners the pricing model of GHL chats… i mean the all chats in one place thingy…

You mentioned carrier fees per segment as ~.003 per segment. Was that inclusive of the twilio .0079? Or an I all in at .0082?
I believe carrier fees don’t always get charged. But definitely separate from Twilio

How does the registering of numbers and any A2P relate to a UK company working with UK clients? Is it as simple as picking a number and paying the 1.15 monthly and usages. To my knowledge the A2P doesn't apply to the UK, please advise and correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes. You'll find Go High Level rates are extremely competitive though. FB messages are free.

Not sure what you're asking here. Adding another revenue stream by selling templates can certainly help though. What would you get charged for?

You can wait to get GHL if you can’t afford it yet, but you can pass all the cost to your customer too if you’re on the $297 plan
