Please talk about the on-job issues. I think that's the actual untold perspective. Just like Sir Murtaza did. We want to know the real life/responsibilities of all 12 services of Civil Service.
I agree with most of the comments here. Untold perspective is job experience. Every sincere aspirant is well aware of this journey. It is job after allocation. Problems and challenges faced in service.
It's not the untold perspective, mam. Please share your office-life experience. How was your experience in FSP. A humble request for this "Untold perspective Series".
She already had a background of Css being in services that's why she could manage her time for studies. Not everyone can carry studies with job. Know yourself .. just sort your type out.
I know CSS is very competitive exam but some people success in life and other people only talking and thinking in life and waste their own time Those people passed competitive exam whose take seriously their goal

Why do all these officers (PMS, PCS, FSP) use this 'grass root' term to explain the cause of their reapperance for allocation to PAS? A recent topper (already serving in BPS-18 in Customs) has also mentioned engaging public at 'grass root' level as a cause to join PAS. In my humble opinion, this 'botanical' explanation masks some desire for the sought after group which might have been impossible to fulfill in the other groups. Everyone has to provide a cause which abides by these bureacratic norms.
@@mfaran727 fsp is divided to two types. The ones who stay in abroad for foreign missions and change the countries after every 3 year. they interact with the overseas Pakistani, their issues as well they attend world organisations conferences to represent Pakistan at int level. They meet with other diplomats of the world at different parties as well events where they try to show the culture of their country to the world. And they also become part of protocol sys when the prime minister of Pakistan visit the country they are posted on. They become part of the official visit there. The other type is of the ones who work at the foreign ministry of pakistan, Islamabad. That is mere office work and no interaction with the public since you are in the country not outside.

I desperately want to know that why you shifted from FSP to PAS? Is Foreign Service exhausting or less exciting then PAS?
Yes. Its an office job with no such interaction with locals
@@tehzeebhasnain4626 Don't they go to Pakistani missions worldwide?
@@mfaran727 nature of work is different. You deal directly with people on the local level to solve their problems.
Can you please elaborate a little more about the FSP's nature of work? Thanks!
