Judy Hopps Has A Sparta Remix (No Sparta Base)

This video is the same as the last sparta remix of Judy Hopps from Zootopia, but this time there is no sparta base. It is the scene where Nick and Judy try to run a license plate, but Flash takes a long time doing it. Then Nick tells Flash a joke right before he is about to finish running the plate and that made Judy upset. Thus, this sparta remix came to be. (Again, but without a base). This video should have been out sooner, but certain situations prevented me from doing so. Anyways, it is better late than never.
