Because her dad killed his dad, but Anya didn't expect to hear that and was so shocked that the mission has already completed... But after she leaves Damian alone, she kept asking and asking to herself on why does her dad killed his dad, she thought that her dad was only going to put Damian's Dad into the prison... And she regrets on saying to Damian that "I only use you for her dad's mission" and she's really regretting it....
