@@rodrigues2793101 in my experience, people in the heat of battle don't listen unless rhey have trained a lot to listen and process the orders while doing something else. I ran into this a lot when doing large medieval battles. commands would be given to do a certain maneuver or change a tactic and people just blocked it out because they were so focused into the tunnel vision of what they were doing. it is either a natural thing to process or takes a lot of training to overcome.

I believe it's call Blue Fox Tracker or at least it looks very similar. Mind you it requires you to have a qr code to scan to use it. I'm not sure how you are supposed to generate that so you can use it in a private setting. Edit: Found the Blue Fox Tracker Admin app turns out its something specifically for this guy no idea how to register as an admin to make private events. Don't think it's possible
This video highlight my biggest gripe about airsofters of all kinds, NOBODY EVER PUSHES! Instead they pile up on a corner and just wait, meanwhile only one guy pushes and dies, the game never progresses and everyone is just lobbing BB's at each other and then they go home and complain that their gun is broken because they don't know how to work a hop up. I miss it sometimes, but other days i don't.
I think it is because most outdoor fields are very linear with obvious choke points/open field and not many good approach. In a force on force scenario which usually are even numbers, defending team gets the upper hand as always. Oh and not to mention most are physically not fit to be moving all day so you get that effect of everyone just stating in their own favorable position The only airsoft games I truly enjoyed is when the admin covertly set up a reasonable unfortunate scenarios so the defending Team B eventually loses to the attacking team A which allow them to gain ground and break boring stalemates. Then when the Team B gets the chance to counter attack, admin set it up so they actually have a chance to take their lost territory. This is difficult to do but in a Milsim events where you pay at most $100+, I expect the staff have "ways" to break stalemates, they do not have to make it obvious nor the players have to know. Most milsimers paid for the experience anyway not to get nice kills.
