- After finishing at 4-4 after overtime, the game proceeded to a penalty shootout. Both side's goalies were on fire, preventing most of the shots from going in. Watch to see who won and proceeded to the final!

Goalies were great but tbh, most of the penalty shots were just mediocre quality
I bet of they tried more direct shots it wouldve been +goals, seemed like too much dribbling and then all of a sudden youre out of space/time to do anything special.
And of we look at swedens no 44 shot, the goalie was quite far put of the net, quick fee steps and goalie wouldve been out and much better chance to score.
In all, nice shootout very even.

Agreed. Too much dribbling and complicated moves. I like seeing that but a quick shot after a short dribble is probably more effective ^^
Reminds me of playing floor hockey in the basement with my brothers growing up. Small net, goalie couldn’t be on feet, the plastic Mylec sticks and ball. Good times.

I've played a lot of floorball, but one thing I hate about it is these freaking at high level slow penalty shots, and I nether understand why like that, why not a little running like in the game itself, instead
I guess their trying to get a reaction out of the goalie. But the slow shots just seem much more predictable.

Хрень какая-то. Игрок получается может стоять перед вратарём полдня и делать кучу движений, сблизившись. И то забить не могут.

@@Puma4454 it isn't that easy lol. The goalies have fast reflexes. From this point of view it seems there is a lot of space but in their pov there is almost none. Also they can't just stop or go back with their bodies. They gotta still move forward even if it's super slow. They can go back with the stick and ball but not with the body
I don’t play floorball, but I do know the rules. Most of these shots just sucked, any time they made the goalie move they didn’t do anything with it. Well, all except the second shot.

Why are they taking their sweet time? The slower you go, the more advantage the goalie has, especially a goalie that doesn't have to move with skates, on ice and that can flop around all over the place.
