It's demonic. They have surrendered into the demonic lust the devil has instilled in them. I don't think anyone is born to be attracted to children, it's definitely a process of mental abuse that's caused by sexualizing children and our society has been the main cause of it. Look at cinema, the clothes they make for children, the dolls they play with, the "child like" material they are exposed to. I'm not making excuses for pedophiles, more so explaining that society has created the predators and the prey. Why they've done this is a much darker story.
One day at a time, the world will be cleansed of these parasites.
