Great topic of discussion bruh, we experience drivers need to help educate other drivers because a lot of divers hasn’t been educated on weight distribution from the tractor to the end of the trailer or trailers to include single, doubles,triples, semi, and all container trailers we have steering axle weight, drive axle weight which is the amount of weight on what is called the trailer plate which is what sits on the fifth wheel and the driver axle which is includes a single axle or a tandem axle tractors, this plat is in all semi trailers, and containers, then it goes by quarter length which is four quarters in every trailer this middle part of the trailer can carry the most weight when it comes to weight distribution then it goes to the rear axle or axles of the the trailer which can be single, split, or tandem axle or axles, tandem axle trailers allows us to slide the tandem into different positions for weight distribution. Guys help other drivers that don’t know these important factors to keep all of us drivers on those around us on these highways, and interstates safe.
