Terrific build Ben. I recommend two things. Struts for the hood (eliminate the prop), and the sunrider from BestTop. Those have been some of my favorite upgrades. I have a 19 JLUR.
Thanks, the ride is great! The tongue of the trail doesn’t weigh much, so it works great. So far everything works great with the RTT on it. I haven’t had the RTT on for very long, so time will tell.
Great build Ben! Just curious. Did you ever run 40’s on the stock MC 3.5” lift set up and did it rub? Also, if you don’t mind could you please tell me what size coil springs you are running front and rear on your coil over set up. I just picked up four used 12” Kings (off of an old CJ build) so I’m trying to figure out what exact lower and upper coil spring to run in these coil overs. I also have a 2018 JLUR with a 3.5 Metalcloak lift but I’m needing new tires (and now with the Kings I’m thinking why not go to 40’s). I’m already trussed and I’m running RCV’s too. Thanks

@@benbastle but with all you spent changing out the transfer case in a S wouldn't add that much compared to the value of the stuff you through away. If I were doing your build which I think is a good one I would start with a Sport or Sport S and just add a Rubicon transfer case to the parts list the extra cost would be more than offset by the lower cost of the sport
Solid build! nothing over the top, all functional. Love it.
Thank you!
Solid and clean.
Thank you!

Thanks, good to know.
Great build! Love those genright fenders. I can’t wait to see what you do for the long arms
Thanks! Long arms will be coming soon!
@@benbastle have you decided which long arms you might go with?
TeraFlex
Awesome build!
Thank you!
Love the build , I've got a red&black 2008 built out like yours but with 6.4 hemi. &long arms on 39 km3
Thanks! Sounds like you have an awesome build.
Great build!!
Thank you!
Awesome build
Thank you!
Awesome build. How was the ride when you went to coilovers? Now that you have a RTT and tow a trailer, would you still recommend them?
Thanks

Sick build!!
Thank you!!
@@benbastle I got the metalcloak 3.5” dual rate kit ready to install on my JL!! Can’t wait. How did you like the ride with the rock sport shocks?
I was very happy with the performance and ride of the Jeep.
@@benbastle can’t wait to have it installed!

Sweet Build 👍👍🤙

Thanks! I did run 40’s on the MC and it did rub, that’s why I went to coil overs. They are 2.5 “ by 12” front and rear.
Do you know which coilover spring rates you went with?
Front upper 3.12.250
Front lowers 3.14.300
Rear upper 3.12.200
Rear lower 3.14.350
Thanks for the follow-up with the spring rates Ben! Much appreciated.
Technically, rear Dana 60 isn't a 1 Ton axle...Dana 70 ,80, 14 bolt & Sterling are. Nice build regardless, just saying.
I don’t have a Dana 60. I have a Dynatrac 60. If you look it up on their website, they say it is a one ton axle.
Thanks
How wide are your dynatrac axles?
They are 68.5

Given you deleted all that made a Rubicon a Rubicon would you get a sport or sport s next time
I would probably still get the Rubicon. One reason is you get a lower geared transfer case. My brother wishes he had that in his sport.
