- I decided to put together all of the Liason engagement "day" scenes in one clip. These are all of the Liason scenes from 4/3,4/4 & 4/7/08. I will be putting up my usual Elizabeth scenes later on. (Edited to add: Sorry, the very end of the scene with Jason on the phone got cut off! I actually didn't want to include Jason on the phone at all, but I missed it when editing the clips. Sorry, folks!)

It amazes me that Jason has asked Liz to marry him three times, and still the tptb will not let them be together. Liason fans are far and wide and we want our couple together.

Cuz they didn't love each other. Well Jason I don’t think was ever in love with Liz like that. Jason was with Liz because of Jake and he needed a distraction. Liz was infatuated with Jason. There was no REAL love there. And they would have never lasted with Jason's life. Liz would be trying to change Jason.
You seem to forget that's how heand Sam started out sonny dropped her on Jason's door step to watch her while she was pregnant with sonnys kid it wasn't until a year later they actually feel in love and it didn't last long the both cheated on each other in o6 Jason and Elizabeth have been in love with each other ever since he saved her that night a Jake's in 1998

So while you’re thinking Jason’s been in love with Sam all this time, he MARRIED Sam, purposely impregnated her and built a life with Sam. NONE of that he did with Liz. He even had opportunity to be with Liz after 08’ and he didn’t want her. Also, after being MIA for 5 years, who was it that he wanted and was STILL IN LOVE WITH? It sure WASN’T Liz. I absolutely love this couple!! It's the way he looks at her, his eyes says it all. They don't have to speak. I guess that's why I no longer watch GH there are no more heartwarming couples.
exactly and why is it when sam and jason are together they have drinks before sex but when he is with liz he don't need drinks and he was softer side to him. then with same it was not as soft.
@@kithobson548because he’s only with Lizard face for exactly 1 simple reason, she has his child, his son. Jason already stated that he will never ever be the man that Lizard needs, he can’t make her happy. Jason’s in love with the idea of being a father to his son, his only biological son (well at that time) yes he did love Lizard but because she’s the mother of his child, a child that they was accidentally made during a ONS, when he was upset and heartbroken right after he saw the love of his life having sex with another man. Although it’s hilarious because Jason never ever put a ring on Lizard’s finger, why is that?? All those years he could have been with Lizard, but he wasn’t, why was that?? All the time they were playing doll house, why didn’t they ever get married?? Most of all, why did it take Lizard to get pregnant with Jason’s child for them to be together?? Why did it take Jason years and years to ask Lizard to marry him?? And why wasn’t he prepared?? Why didn’t Jason give Lizard a ring when he so-called proposed to-her?? The way he looks at her, lmao 😂 I guess you don’t watch how he looks at Sam. Jason can’t keep his eyes off Sam, he’s literally memorized!! All Jason and Sam have to do is look at each other and it tells everything about how they feel for each other!! 😊

They were married from 2002 until 2003 they got divorced then he started to date Courtney then they got married at the end of 2003 and by may of 2004 were divorced then Sam ended up staying with him while she was pregnant with sonnys baby

It definitely cracks me up the way Sam keeps judging what Claudia did and what happened to Michael...when she stood by and watched Jake get kidnapped and hired 2 gunmen to terrorize a woman and her 2 small children. The difference between Liz and Sam is...when Jason isn't with Liz...Liz still wants him happy even if it's not with her. When Sam isn't with Jason....Sam stalks him and does what she can to sabotage whatever relationship he's in. She wants him to suffer when they're apart. She's SAD

All time favorite couple GH shouldn't have gave up on them
And that was the happiest TPTB would ever allow them to be. I never got why they pushed Jason & sam down our throats. I mean they had to turn Liz into sam in order to give Jason the go ahead to get back with Sam. They had absolutely no idea of the pure gold they had if Jason & Liz had been allowed to get married. Yes they would have had their steuggles but they could have slowly have Liz see how she needed to change somewhat in order to keep what she loved & cherished. Liz had the potential to become a unassuming, glide under the radar bad a** queen that no one would see coming until it was too late. Very much like Carol on The Walking Dead. Liz would make casseroles or bake cookies for those who hurt or threatened her kids or Jason and when they'd let her walk right in, pass their guards, she'd take care of them. What a shame the oroducers & dircetors had absolutely no vision or ability to see what they had and could have had with Liason. Jason & Liz getting married in spire of everyone being against it, imagine the look on carly's face when Jason would have said "I do". sam would gave been lurking in the background somewhere eating her heart out!!! I'm sure Liz would have gad at keast one more kid with Jason and it would have been a girl. She would have been less bratty & spoiled and posses far more intelligence & common sense than josslyn.

They are the perfect couple! Best couple general hospital has ever had. Wish they put them together this time for good!!
Of course that's just my personal take on it, but I feel that the tragedy between Jason and Elizabeth is that they have always loved each other ''too much'', hence repeatedly getting more afraid of ever losing each other (and therefore keeping a literal safe distance between them) than wanting and willing to just try and be happy together. Everytime one of them was prepared to fight for a relationship, the other one got scared and found an excuse to sabotage it... Well, except for these 7:20 minutes, which makes them even better. ;)
But seriously. Dear writers, it's been 15 years now.. just let them be endgame already!

Haven't seen this clip in years, your take on their relationship is spot on. I totally agree. I think they should've gotten together at least once. The writers ruined one of the greatest love stories in soap opera history.

I don't understand how people don't see that these two should have stayed together. I mean, the main reason they weren't together was so Jason could keep Elizabeth and her kids safe, not a lack of love. Their relationship is one of my all time favorites on the show. These two should've been end game (as much end game as you can get on soap opera anyways).

Angeleyes Luv I hope so too. From what Steve Burton said on one of his Facebook live chats, it seems he and RH are definitely going to have some scenes together. So hopefully they make him the real Jason and put him back with Liz, or have him be another character and put him with Liz.

Angeleyes Luv I completely agree. They were the reason I got into GH in the first place. I'm not a long time GH watcher like many are, I've only been watching for like the past 7 or 8 years but still, Jason and Liz are my favorite couple. Before I knew what GH was I came across some Jason and Sam clips on RUclips and watched a good handful, but they just never sparked my interest. It was when I clicked on a Jason and Liz clip that I fell in love with the couple. They just had so much chemistry and passion. So I ended up going back and watching their whole history from 1998 and they've been my favorite couple ever since. I'm really hoping they do put them back together in some way.

I think Elizabeth and Jason have the best chemistry and I love to watch their love story. I wish the writers would have made a way for them to be together, I hate how they were always constantly being torn apart, this is really true romantic love.
They always pick Sam who has the worst reputation with men, like sleeping with them or even killing them, for money. Now you have Elizabeth with the bottom of the barrel, really?

The writers could have had ALOT to write about if they had kept this couple together. Shes a nurse, hes a mobster hit man. His protection for his family would have been great. Friction with Carly, Sam, Ric, Lucky, and danger at the hospital, the writers could have kept testing this couples love each other, like they did with Nikolas and Emily, it would have been awesome to watch.

Did anyone notice that either part of the scene was cut or the continuity person at GH should be shot for a really poor job. At 3.23 before the scene changes they are between the couch and the coffee table with Liz facing Jason whose back is to the PH door, he still has his jacket on. When the scene conts Jason is minus the jacket and they are in different positions away from each other. WE WERE JIPPED OF SOME OF OUR SCENES....

Steve Burton acting comes alive with Becky. I swear. I've seen him with Keesha, Robin, original Carly, Courtney, and Sam. He only comes alive with Becky. Don't get me wrong I liked all the pairings or can appreciate the ones I don't like but Jason comes alive with Liz. No stone cold.
