Game has promise but ai cheats harder than most games. When I completely kill my enemies ability to produce any resources, they still are able to get an army as big as mine. What's the point of my hit and run tactics if they do that amount of cheat?
I don’t normally watch Civ like games, as they aren’t really my bag. But this was fun because Lewis explained the game to the others as they went along.
Since we're on a string of different games, they should play Warhammer 40k Gladius. It's basically just a very combat focused civ in 40k. There isn't many different factions, but they all play fairly differently and the Tau just came out so it's still being updated.
gotta love some more only lewis knows how to play. at least daltos is gone so dont have to hear him being a asshat edit: even lewis barley knows how to play this game lol. daltos missing was short lived sad times.
The Chad tryhards vs the simp complainers whenever something goes wrong Also Dr Simon is there So sick of rythian making excuses for how he lost lol. He didn’t build towers or a proper army, rushed eco and didn’t use any of his eco then when he got attacked by his neighbours he complained about it. He even said he had had went down the defensive path but then he didn’t Use it all
not too related but he also likens it to building up armies in SC2 and then clashing, resulting in one obvious winner and one loser. You're just clearly playing the game wrong if that's how your SC2 games go.
after watching Lewis explaining the game of both endless space 2 and Northgard, I've come to the Conclusion that he sucks at explaining about the game or just dose not answer there question. (2:35 rune stones give you lore Spiff but Lewis starts talking about ruins) (8:51 crowns are not lore Lewis, crowns is money and what your looking at is fame which gives you bonuses for going over a certain number of them.)(14:13 there are 3 you forgot about the Docks they give you both crowns and lore or crowns.) (41:50 yes he did, Duncan that he did. xD)

Totally agree. Spices things up because Civ tends to be entertaining at the beginning then devolve into nuclear holocaust.
