My mom died from Uterine Cancer (October-2012) My dad died he had a massive stroke (June-2014) My parents both met in the 9th grade, and they got married after my dad came home from Vietnam War in 1968. My oldest son dad died on Christmas 2006 My grandmom died May 2020 My family pet died June 2020 My oldest brother was murder on August 27, 2020(shot and killed in front his baby boy at 7-Eleven store) in Richmond, Virginia. My cousin, Abby, just recently passed away in a house fire in January. She was only 18 and we know she loved The Lord. She is definitely HOME! I cry anytime I hear this song because I miss my cousin but I know she's with Jesus. That little glass house on the floor that lights on fire in the music video is like so incredible it is in this music video. My cousin died from smoke inhalation in her bathroom and that little part of the music video is like God telling us she's home. I am so happy she is in her forever home but I miss her so much and hurt so much. This is the song I chose for my son Angel Rivera minutes before passing away it was his favorite song. He was 17 years old and a heart transplant he was recovering from having his second surgery, an artificial heart and wasn't able to make it out of this one. He loved Jesus!

I have a short story for anybody here that likes to read this kind of stuff. My life has been a mixed one ever since I was born, i was born into a christian family and raised with them, gradually as my life moved on and i got into my teenage years i hit a stage in my life where i met some "friends" that were not very good, but i didnt want to believe that because sin had blinded my eyes. I spent lots of time with them from 13 until a few weeks ago, we did unspeakable things... i cursed, i took drugs, i smoked, everything in my life was headed the wrong direction, until one day when i was talking to one of my friends from the church i attend and somehow that night God used His great power to talk to me through her and that night i prayed the most relieving prayer of my life. I am now 17 and I felt the weight of all my life lifted off me that day, I am still a sinner because everybody is... but God is merciful enough to have chosen me to be one of His followers
Now that your a believer your not a sinner. Your a saint now in Christ Jesus. We still sin though until Jesus comes but gradually we begin to allow the Lord to cleanse our lives and we have no hunger for sin. As that happens we begin to stop sinning.

My brother passed away from Covid pneumonia last week. In trying to find a celebration of his life and his entrance into Heaven ... I found this. He felt a nudge from the Lord telling him it’s time to ask him the question you’ve been wanting to ask him for a while. so he asked he said Clyde which is my mom’s uncle that died I’m gonna ask you something that I asked my dad. She’s just not doing things a person would normally do when they’re getting better I think they said that she is getting worse and that they are probably gonna take her off life-support I don’t really know all the details, but I know one thing they’re going home to heaven, and I know the Lord will take care of them.

We played this song to my nan on her last night before she went to be with the Lord. Just before that, my aunty had found Revelation 21 which talks about the golden streets of heaven, as mentioned in this song, and we read that to my nan. Earlier that day our pastor had read a similar verse to nan from Hebrews which spoke of the glory of God. We hadn't planned any of that but we felt God guiding us individually to this song and the two readings which just happened to fit in perfectly before any of us had told another about the verse or song they had found. It's hard to believe it's been a month since she left us and the entire family miss her so much but I thank God that I can always look back to that last night and instead of just pain and loss, there is also a feeling of joy as I can see how he planned things to fit in so perfectly and I know that my nan is now with him. I'll see you when my journey finishes nan. You will always be loved and missed.

Hello, myself and our whole family have been praying very hard for my Son-In-Law Sam. He is in need of a kidney transplant and he is only 28 years old.His kidneys are only working at 5%. He does home dialysis every night. Him and my daughter live here with us as well as there 1 1/2 year old daughter.Sam is in a huge amount of pain, as he also just had to have removed a tumor that was growing on his vertebra. We have not yet found out if it is cancerous or not. I would love if you could say a little prayer for him we would all be very grateful.
I will pray for you, just remember there is "Hope in front of you"! I know it's hard to see family suffer, but believe God will do what he has planned for your son. Read Lamentations 3:21-24 and Psalm 27:1 this always gives me hope.

I remember the morning I first heard this song. My dad had been diagnosed with prostate cancer a year prior. He was slowly dying. I was crying and praying to the Lord asking for him to heal my dad. And then this song came on. I called my mom crying and telling her to listen to the song. I told her I felt like God was saying he was going to be going home. My dad passed away 7/25/2017 . On 7/24/2019 my mother was murdered. Just a day before my dad's 2 year death date. My son sang this song for my mom's funeral. God shows us signs when asked.

I was working in my wood shop on May 2. Listening to Christian music and this song came on. I could not continue to work, I had to stop and listen carefully. My mother was laying in bed on her last. She has been wanting to go for a while, especially since her husband died and then her brother died couple years later. Ma passed on at 2 am the next morning. My cousin, Abby, just recently passed away in a house fire in January. She was only 18 and we know she loved The Lord. She is definitely HOME! I cry anytime I hear this song because I miss my cousin but I know she's with Jesus. That little glass house on the floor that lights on fire in the music video is like so incredible it is in this music video. My cousin died from smoke inhalation in her bathroom and that little part of the music video is like God telling us she's home. I am so happy she is in her forever home but I miss her so much and hurt so much. Chris' music got me thru the hard times and I listened to his music while writing a speech I had spoke at her funeral. Thank you Chris for your music. God bless!

I have a short story for anybody here that likes to read this kind of stuff. My life has been a mixed one ever since I was born, i was born into a christian family and raised with them, gradually as my life moved on and i got into my teenage years i hit a stage in my life where i met some "friends" that were not very good, but i didnt want to believe that because sin had blinded my eyes. I spent lots of time with them from 13 until a few weeks ago, we did unspeakable things... i cursed, i took drugs, i smoked, everything in my life was headed the wrong direction, until one day when i was talking to one of my friends from the church i attend and somehow that night God used His great power to talk to me through her and that night i prayed the most relieving prayer of my life. I am now 17 and I felt the weight of all my life lifted off me that day, I am still a sinner because everybody is... but God is merciful enough to have chosen me to be one of His followers

Amen we will all be on our way home my moms uncle died recently and we just had a funeral for him more like a celebration of life, but it was kind of both, and one of my mom’s uncles friend. He felt a nudge from the Lord telling him it’s time to ask him the question you’ve been wanting to ask him for a while. so he asked he said Clyde which is my mom’s uncle that died I’m gonna ask you something that I asked my dad. Are you ready to go home go to heaven. He said I’m not really sure. Then he asked him if you had the chance would you wanna go see Jesus without a blink of an eye immediately said yes. I know he is with the Lord.

She’s just not doing things a person would normally do when they’re getting better I think they said that she is getting worse and that they are probably gonna take her off life-support I don’t really know all the details, but I know one thing they’re going home to heaven, and I know the Lord will take care of them.

We played this song to my nan on her last night before she went to be with the Lord. Just before that, my aunty had found Revelation 21 which talks about the golden streets of heaven, as mentioned in this song, and we read that to my nan. Earlier that day our pastor had read a similar verse to nan from Hebrews which spoke of the glory of God. We hadn't planned any of that but we felt God guiding us individually to this song and the two readings which just happened to fit in perfectly before any of us had told another about the verse or song they had found. It's hard to believe it's been a month since she left us and the entire family miss her so much but I thank God that I can always look back to that last night and instead of just pain and loss, there is also a feeling of joy as I can see how he planned things to fit in so perfectly and I know that my nan is now with him. I'll see you when my journey finishes nan. You will always be loved and missed.

Hello, myself and our whole family have been praying very hard for my Son-In-Law Sam. He is in need of a kidney transplant and he is only 28 years old.His kidneys are only working at 5%. He does home dialysis every night. Him and my daughter live here with us as well as there 1 1/2 year old daughter.Sam is in a huge amount of pain, as he also just had to have removed a tumor that was growing on his vertebra. We have not yet found out if it is cancerous or not. I would love if you could say a little prayer for him we would all be very grateful.

I will pray for you, just remember there is "Hope in front of you"! I know it's hard to see family suffer, but believe God will do what he has planned for your son. Read Lamentations 3:21-24 and Psalm 27:1 this always gives me hope.

That's why I trust Christ 💯 Because he didn't give up on me.
I remember the morning I first heard this song. My dad had been diagnosed with prostate cancer a year prior. He was slowly dying. I was crying and praying to the Lord asking for him to heal my dad. And then this song came on. I called my mom crying and telling her to listen to the song. I told her I felt like God was saying he was going to be going home. My dad passed away 7/25/2017 . On 7/24/2019 my mother was murdered. Just a day before my dad's 2 year death date. My son sang this song for my mom's funeral. God shows us signs when asked.
My husband went home to glory two weeks ago. He was released from the pain and suffering of stage 4 cancer.
He was a strong Believer in Christ Jesus. We believed for a miracle 🙏 ✨️ however, he is now home with Jesus.

I was working in my wood shop on May 2. Listening to Christian music and this song came on. I could not continue to work, I had to stop and listen carefully. My mother was laying in bed on her last. She has been wanting to go for a while, especially since her husband died and then her brother died couple years later. Ma passed on at 2 am the next morning. My cousins son officiated the grave side service and it was perfect down to this song, “Home”, being played. Thank you Chris, your music was here for my family at the perfect time. God Bless You... 12/22/2014 is when God called my adoptive mom home to be with Him. Ever since then I've been longing for home where I'll be with her forever! I'm just waiting for God to get my mansion ready and off I'll go, hopefully sooner rather than later.
