Legendary actor combination Nasiruddin saab, Ompuri sir, Farooq Sheikh sir ,late Smita patilji, Shabana Azmiji, Dipti Navalji , Ratnaji ,Supriyaji --- remembering bigone sweet past. Very nice nostalgic moment to review the glorious past of Indian movies. Never ever leave any released movies of them in my college days. Practically we grow with the gem of actor actresses.stay safe & healthy.

I accidentally watched this program in childhood in my aunt's home but the program led irremovable prints on my mind and after probably sixteen to seventeen years I reminded the program and found it, Jeena isi ka naam ha...!! One can see how much struggle and hardwork they put in one program. And once can see the emotions, feelings, guests, and host were so real and trying to reflect Naseeruddin Shah's acting and respect. Wish such programs are made these days! love from PAksitan!!!

Om Puri should have given more time, I remember in one of his interview he told how he and Naseer manages in their initial days. He told about how they live and he cooks food on a kerosene stove. These people are so real. Love and respect.
The way Naseerudin Shah had performed the character of Mirza Ghalib, can't be redone OR copied again for sure. He had played the role with his full artistc intuition, intelligence & depth. Shah G was lost for a moment, as the video clip from the movie Ghalib started playing. That being said, the nostalgia overcame him and, was clearly visible in his eyes. This proves his love and passion for his work & purity of his endless talent as well.

During 2009 I was in jazz concert played by a Polish Band at India International, some one has been talking about so many aspects of Musical instruments on my back seat, I was amused that someone is having such a good knowledge about music and musical instruments, but as the concert ended , and while walking back towards the exits I saw Naseer ji, cos he is so fair I could never imagine, actually he was the person who was talking to someone about musical instruments.
Such an outstanding show with so much grace good language n poise so respectful

This is probably the best reasearched episode of JIKNH. Ebrahim Alkazi, Kundan Shah, Dipti Naval, Ravi Basvani and ofcourse bytes of all those actors & well wishers. Not to mention his school friends and teachers. All this beacuse of what an illustratious career this man has! Naseeruddin Shah. Legend!
