 Technical Specification of Space Dyeing Machine:
1 BODY : Stainless Steel Fabricated Body, Fully Assembled with Electric Panel, Color Tanks 12 Nos., Dosing Tanks 12 Nos., Magnetic Pumps 12Nos., Vacuum Pump with Motor, Vacuum Tank, Two Sets of Three Jaws Die, Pneumatic Control Solenoid Valves, Pneumatic Cylinders Etc.
2 S.S. DYE : Two S.S. Dye I.D. 150mm x Height 230mm
3 COLOUR TANK : Twelve Color Tanks Made Out of Stainless Steel Having Capacity 100 Liters Each. Color Outlet Valve of ½” is Provided at the Bottom of Each Tank. Air Stirrer is Provided in Each Tank.
4 VACUUM PUMP : 15HP AcmeVac Vacuum Pump is provided coupled with the motor along with the two mechanical seal to avoid the leakage of the vacuum pump through the shaft of the vacuum pump thus avoiding the damage of the shaft of the pump.
5 DRAIN VALVES : Two Separate Pneumatically operating ball valve will be provided so that drain can be done automatically through the panel board.
6 CONTROL PANEL : Complete Wired Electric Panel Made of Stainless Steel Having “PLC Base Controller with Touch Panel” for Automatic Functioning of Machine Auto and Manual Mode. Twelve Color On / Off Switch, Push Button Selection, Main Switch, Circuit Breaker, Emergency Stop Switch and Vacuum Pump on Switch
7 POWER / MOTOR : 415 Volts, 50Hz, 3 Phase 15HP Motor.
8 PRESSURE GAUGES : Two Vacuum pressure gauge is provided to check the vacuum of the pump.
9 SOLONOID VALVE : 3/2 & 5/2 Solenoid Valve 220 Volts for Operating Pneumatic Control Valves and Cylinders.
10 PNEUMATIC CYLINDER : Four pneumatic cylinders for each Two Dye.
11 MAGNETIC PUMP : Twelve Sealess Magnetic Driven Magnetic Pumps for Supplying Color from Color Tanks to Dosing Tank.
12 DOSING TANK : Twelve dosing Tank Made Out of Stainless Steel with Independent Adjustment of Each Dosing from 30ml to 60ml. Each Dosing Tank Contains 14 Dosing Which is Having Fast Connectors with 2 Ended Flexible PVC Pipe from Die to Dosing.
13 SPARE PARTS : Extra seal kit of the cylinder and valves which are used in the machine and rubber rings of the dye.
14 OPERATING MANUAL : Operating manual along with wiring diagram.
