It's funny, he seems sort of impatient in this interview and maybe even a little irritated, which i've never seen in any other of his interviews. I wonder why. I don't understand German. Is it maybe this particular reporter is annoying to him for some reason? Or is he asking unusual questions? Or maybe he's standing too close and breathing on him. I know that he is wary of catching stuff from fans and others who insist on interaction at close range, which is completely understandable. Or maybe he was sort of in a rush to get somewhere, or some personal things on his mind bothering him. For some reason I'm thinking the latter is most likely, but who knows.. Just a side of him i've never noticed.
Brüggemann asks interesting question but interrupts Jonas in his answer every time. Jonas is used to hold "speeches" while answering ;-). Jonas is angry but still polite. Only his body linguage speaks............
No, he is just very passionately explaining his vocal approach to Wagner and how he chooses his roles and he is very articulate and excited about it, no anger or unpleaseantness at all from my perspective.

I also would love to know what he is saying, maybe some subtitles ? Thanks.
Da war der Jonas noch jung und schlank. Und ernst.
