keep in mind IN SPECIFIC what you are trying to refund, gamepass or clothing.
click the settings button top right of roblox
click help
click any of the 6 options (doesnt make difference)
click any of the options again
scroll to the bottom
click the blue "Need more help" button above the "Was this Article Helpful?"
enter your crededentials
enter what your device is
in the "what problem are you having" section put "purchases using robux"
after that, another bar will pop up. if you are trying to refund a piece of clothing, click "website item". if you are trying to refund a gamepass, click "in-experience item"
in the description box below, enter saying that your sibling bought it or you got hacked (idk be creative) and make sure you list the SPECIFIC item name and where its from (if its an experience)
click submit

u can try to press f12 on chrome and then put your cursor on the robux value and then find the highlighted text on the bar and change it.

First, the pants that I purchased a while ago got deleted, I brushed it off and just bought another pair, then my shirt got deleted and honestly I’ve had enough, so I decided to tell them about my shirt (I did not mention that it got deleted). I've seen a video that does this and the person gets an email saying that they can't get their robux refunded, so don't waste your time. Also, if you bought a shirt and it gets deleted or something, roblox will refund your robux, I'm pretty sure, because they refunded me of some clothing items like last year that got deleted.
